A sun roof frame structure in a vehicle is provided to reduce weight and manufacturing cost of a vehicle by reducing parts count of a vehicle and assembly process counts. A sun roof frame structure in a vehicle comprises a sunroof fame(13) mounted to serve as a side outer member(11) in order to support a sun roof glass(12); a cap formed between a sunroof glass and a side outer member; and an extension part(13b) protecting the cap in the sunroof frame. The sunroof frame comprises a joining surface(13a) welded on the side outer member. An extension part is extended from the joining part and bent. The sunroof frame is bonded with the side outer member through adhesive.
