TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a portable communication device, and more particularly, to a portable communication device that can conveniently use various mobile communication services.
Typically, portable communication devices are classified into bar type, flip type, and folder type terminals according to their appearance.
The bar communication device is a type in which a data input / output means, a transmitter, and a receiver are mounted in a main body housing, and a keypad, which is a data input means, is always exposed, which may cause malfunctions. There is a limit to miniaturization due to the distance securing problem.
The flip type communication device is composed of a main body, a flip, and a hinge module that connects the main body and a flip. The main body is provided with data input / output means, a transmitter and a receiver, and the flip covers a keypad that is a data input means. This configuration can be prevented. However, the flip type communication device also has a limitation in miniaturization due to the distance securing problem between the transmitter and the receiver.
Folder-type communication device is composed of a main body, a folder, and a hinge module for rotatably connecting the main body and a folder, and are opened and closed as the folder rotates. In the call standby mode, the folder is in close contact with the main body to prevent malfunction of the keypad. In addition, since the folder is opened in the call mode to sufficiently secure the distance between the transmitter and the receiver, there is an advantage in miniaturization. The portable communication device according to the present invention includes a connecting housing, a cover housing provided with a display unit, a sliding housing sliding along a longitudinal direction of the connecting housing, and a folding housing foldable in the sliding housing, whereby the sliding housing and the folding housing are folded or unfolded. As a result, a large number of keys can be installed and a wide display unit can be provided, thereby miniaturizing. In particular, the sliding housing and the folding housing have been deployed to provide a QWERTY key arrangement to be disposed on the same plane to realize convenient input.
The connecting housing and the sliding housing are connected with the first and second shafts and the connecting member. In addition, the connecting member is made of polyacetal having excellent durability. As a result, the sliding housing reduces the mounting space of the first and second shafts and the connection member due to the sliding movement, and reduces wear and dust generation.
