본 고안은 비닐하우스 내부의 밭이랑에 개별로 설치되는 보온용 부직포의 개폐에 사용되는 와이어 클립에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a wire clip used for opening and closing of the nonwoven fabric for thermal insulation that is installed separately in the furrow in the plastic house.

종래에는 비닐하우스 프레임에 장착되는 와이어클립과 보온부직포를 이동시키기 위한 도르레가 서로 고정되어 유동되지 못함으로 인하여 보온부직포의 개폐시 무게와 작동각도의 변화에 의해 와이어클립과 도르레가 서로 부서지면서 이탈하는 경우가 종종 있어 이의 결점을 해소하기 위해 탄성이 있는 강철선(wire)을 단일체로 하여 비닐하우스의 파이프에 착설되도록 3/5정도의 환형으로 파이프체결부를 형성하고 양측아래로 볼트를 착설할 수 있도록 강철선을 환형으로 말아서 고리링을 형성하여 일측을 마감하고 타측의 고리링의 아래로는 연속하여 물방울 모양의 걸게부를 형성하여서 도르레를 착설하여 유동할 수 있도록 한 것을 그 특징으로 한다.Conventionally, since the wire clip and the pulley for moving the insulating nonwoven fabric mounted on the vinyl house frame are fixed to each other and are not flowable, the wire clip and the pulley break apart from each other due to the change in weight and operating angle when opening and closing the insulating nonwoven fabric. 비닐하우스에 보온용 부직포를 덮는 것은 크게 두가지로 하나는 비닐하우스의 외벽전체를 덮는 것과 다른 하나는 비닐하우스 내부의 밭이랑을 개별로 덮는 방식이 있는데, 본 고안은 후자, 즉 비닐하우스의 내부의 밭이랑을 개별로 덮는 시설에 사용되는 파이프 와이어클립에 관한 것이다. 현재의 비닐하우스는 대부분이 대형화되고 전문화되어 작물농법이 다양화하면서 내부의 밭이랑에 개별로 보온부직포를 기계화하여 개폐하는 상황이 특히 많아 지고 있다. 본 고안은 이러한 보온부직포의 개폐에 사용되는 것 중에 하나인 파이프 와이어클립에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 비닐하우스의 파이프 프레임에 장착되는 와이어클립과 보온부직포를 이동시키기 위한 도르레가 서로 고정되어서 유동되지 못함으로 인하여 보온부직포의 개폐시에 무게와 작동각도의 변화에 의해 비틀리는 영향으로 인하여 와이어클립과 도르레가 서로 부서지면서 이탈하는 경우가 종종 있어 왔다.There are two ways to cover the non-woven fabric in a plastic house: one covering the entire outer wall of the plastic house and the other to cover the fields inside the plastic house separately.
