종래에는 파이프골조에 집속레일을 밀착시켜 나사조임하여서 부착하여 사용하여 온 까닭에 이렇게 부착되어진 집속레일은 비닐하우스의 진동 및 흔들림 그리고 기온에 의한 팽창등으로 인하여 잘 부서져서 보온부직포가 쉽게 이탈이 될 뿐만 아니라 설치시에도 일일이 나사조임하는 까닭에 작업의 위험성이 항시 따르고 많은 시간이 소요되는 등 작업의 어려움도 있어 왔다. 본 고안은 이러한 결점을 해소하기 위해 안출한 것으로 탄성이 있는 강철선(wire)을 단일체로 하여 횡간대를 깃점으로 하여 좌우측으로 동일하게 후방으로 꺽이어져 환형으로 3/5정도로 말리어지고 그 아래로 일직선으로 허릿대를 형성하고 그 종단부는 물방울 형태의 집속발이 서로 바깥쪽으로 90도로 각기 꺽기어져 마감되어 횡간대를 깃점으로 좌우가 대칭되어 있는 형상을 하고 있어 이 집속발을 집속레일에 착설할 수 있도록 하여 비닐하우스의 진동과 흔들림 그리고 기온에 의한 팽창을 상쇄시켜 집속레일의 파손 및 이탈을 방지하고, 시공시에도 별도의 공구가 없이도 용이하고 빠르게 시공할 수 있는 장점이 있다.In the past, the focusing rail is attached to the pipe frame by tightly attaching the focusing rail, and thus the focusing rail attached to the pipe is easily broken due to vibration and shaking of the vinyl house and expansion due to temperature. 비닐하우스내의 보온을 위하여 보온부직포를 설치하는데는 여러 가지 방식들이 있다. 이 가운데 비닐하우스의 파이프골조의 내부에 인접하여 보온부직포를 시공하여 개폐작업에 이용하는 것으로 합성수지체인 공지의 집속레일(20)이 있는데 본 고안인 파이프와이어클립은 이 집속레일을 파이프골조에 결속하는 체결구이다. 종래에는 파이프골조에 집속레일을 밀착시켜 나사조임하여서 부착하여 사용하여 온 까닭에 이렇게 부착되어진 집속레일은 보온부직포의 무게와 비닐하우스의 진동 및 흔들림 그리고 기온에 의한 팽창등으로 인하여 잘 부서져서 보온부직포가 쉽게 이탈이 될 뿐만 아니라 설치시에도 일일이 나사조임하는 까닭에 작업의 위험성이 항시 따르고 많은 시간이 소요되는 등 작업의 어려움도 있어 왔다.There are many ways to install a nonwoven fabric for thermal insulation in a plastic house.
