Abstract

A center valve of the master cylinder is provided to use for ABS and ESP by forming a groove so that the valve spring safely set on the valve rod, the flow channel is expanded for the valve rod and piston. A center valve of the master cylinder includes the valve rod(22) in which the valve spring closes and guides the center valve. As the valve rod, a groove(A) for safely setting so that the valve spring close the center valve is comprised. The groove prevents the vibration of the valve rod with the valve spring, and at least one valve is formed in the valve rod.

Description

The center valve of a master cylinder

The present invention relates to a center valve of a master cylinder, and more particularly, to a center valve of a master cylinder that is easy to secure the vibration and flow rate to the valve rod of the center valve.

In general, a master cylinder used in a vehicle or the like is a device that converts the pedaling force of a pedal operated by a driver into hydraulic pressure, and is connected to a clutch pedal to receive the pedaling pedal of the driver.

1 is a cross-sectional view showing a master cylinder of the conventional invention.

Referring to FIG. 1, in the master cylinder of the related art, a piston 2 is inserted into the master cylinder 1 having a cylindrical shape with both sides open so as to be movable back and forth so that one end portion of the valve spring 3 is fitted.

In addition, a retainer 4 is press-fitted into one opening of the master cylinder 1 to prevent the piston 3 from being separated, and is engaged with the valve spring 3 to prevent the valve spring 3 from being separated.

Thus, by pressurizing the oil while the piston 2 is moved inside the master cylinder 1, the pressurized oil is supplied through the outlet.

However, although the master cylinder of the present invention prevents the shaking of the retainer and the valve rod fixing the valve spring for closing the center valve, it is difficult to secure the flow rate according to the ABS and the ESC.

In addition, the master cylinder of the present invention has a high cross-sectional area in the process of passing through the center valve installed inside the cylinder, the flow path is difficult to secure and design requirements are expensive.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a center valve of a master cylinder which is easy to secure vibrations and flow rates for the valve rod of the center valve.

The center valve of the master cylinder of the present invention includes a valve rod, the valve spring of which closes and guides the center valve, the valve rod of which is the center of the master cylinder in which a groove is created which is seated so that the valve spring closes the center valve. valve.

In the center valve of the master cylinder of the present invention, by creating a groove to allow the valve spring to be seated on the valve rod, the retainer is fixed because the valve spring is fixed, and the flow path between the valve rod and the piston is expanded to be shared with ABS and ESP, It has the effect of reducing cost and processing time.

The center valve of the master cylinder according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

2 is a cross-sectional view showing the center valve of the master cylinder according to the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 2, the master cylinder of the present invention is located inside the master cylinder 10 having a cylindrical shape with both sides open, and a center valve 20 and a center valve inserted into the piston 20 so as to be movable back and forth. A valve spring 30 for closing 20 is included.

Here, the center valve 20 is formed with a groove A on which at least one valve spring 30 can be seated on one surface of the valve rod 22.

The groove A allows the valve spring 30 to be fixed to prevent the valve rod 22 from being separated and to enlarge the flow path.

That is, the valve spring 30 may be seated in the groove A of the piston 20 and the valve rod 22, and may prevent shaking when the valve rod 22 opens the flow path.

Therefore, when the valve rod 22 is moved forward, the space in which the valve spring 30 is seated is changed to the flow path space, and the oil moves through the valve spring 30.

Therefore, the valve rod 22 is prevented from shaking by the valve spring 30 seated in the groove A, and the required flow rate can be ensured by the ABS and the ESP.

Although a preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail above, those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains can make various changes without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims. It will be appreciated that modifications or variations may be made to the branches. Accordingly, modifications to future embodiments of the present invention will not depart from the technology of the present invention.
