본 발명은 상기의 문제점을 해결하고자 안출한 것으로서, 이의 발명요지는 소화흡수력이 좋고 생체활성화기능이 우수하며 콜레스테롤의 함량을 현저히 낮춘 닭고기, 오리고기, 돼지고기로된 축산육의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 이는 SiO2 55∼68%, Al2O3 18∼25%, Fe2O3 1.5∼3%,CaO 1.5∼2%, MgO 1.5∼2.5%, Na2O 1∼2%, K2O 8.5∼10.5%를 함유한 운모류 광물 파우더와 SiO2 60∼76%, Al2O3 13∼15%, Fe2O3 3∼5.5%, CaO 2.5∼6%, MgO 0.5∼1.5%, Na2O 1.5∼5.5%, K2O 3.5∼6.5%를 함유한 제오라이트(Zeolite) 광물 파우더를 중량비로 하여 운모류 광물 파우더 50∼60중량% : 제오라이트 광물 파우더 40∼50중량%의 비율로 혼합하되 이에 100∼12,000ppm의 게르마늄을 첨가하여 광물성미네랄 파우더를 제조하거나 또는 SiO2 55∼78%, Al2O3 14∼23%, Fe2O3 1.5∼2%, CaO 1∼2.5%, MgO 0.5∼4.5%, Na2O 1.5∼5%, K2O 3.5∼8%로 구성된 입도 20∼80μm의 규산염 광물 파우더에 게르마늄 100∼12,000ppm함량을 첨가하여 규산염의 미네랄 파우더를 형성한 후 이를 사료중량대비 0.5∼2%씩 혼련하여 급여하거나 상기한 2종의 광물성 미네랄 파우더에 게르마늄을 첨가하는 대신 가축의 음용수에 게르마늄용액(100-12,000ppm) 을 희석하여 급여하는 것으로, 이는 콜레스테롤함량이 현저히 줄어들고 면역력 증강 및 생리활성기능이 뛰어나고 게르마늄이 함유된 고품질의 축산육을 얻는데 그 목적이 있다. 그리고 본 출원인이 사를 의뢰한 대표로 있는 솔리토닉스에서 2006,12,5일에 한국 식품 연구원에 시험 의뢰한 바(도6참조) 그 결과는 게르마늄을 음용한 닭의 콜레스테롤 함량의 40,5mg/100g이며 일반 닭의 콜레스테롤 함량은 64,0mg/100g으로 나타남으로써,양자간에 콜레스테롤 함량에서 큰차이가 남을 알수 있으며, 아울러 상기한 솔리토닉스에서 한국 기초과학 자원 연구원에 의뢰한 바(도7 참조) 게르마늄 닭의 게르마늄 함량이 40,0577ppb의 결과를 확인할수 있다.The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, the present invention relates to a method for producing livestock meat made of chicken meat, duck meat, pork meat has excellent digestive absorption, excellent bioactivation function and significantly lower cholesterol content , Which is 55 to 68% SiO 2 , 18 to 25% Al 2 O 3 , 1.5 to 3% Fe 2 O 3, 1.5 to 2 % CaO, 1.5 to 2.5% MgO, 1 to 2% Na 2 O, K 2 O Mica mineral powder containing 8.5-10.5%, SiO 2 60-76%, Al 2 O 3 13-15%, Fe 2 O 3 3-5.5%, CaO 2.5-6%, MgO 0.5-1.5%, Na 2 50% to 60% by weight of mica mineral powder is mixed at a ratio of 40% to 50% by weight of zeolite mineral powder using a zeolite mineral powder containing 1.5 to 5.5% of O and 3.5 to 6.5% of K 2 O.
