Progressive Bench는 여러 환경에 설치되더라도 적용시킬 수 있 다변형 벤치로서 주 프레임을 압출로 벤치의 크기를 원하는 크기로 맞출 수 있으며 사방 완전조립방식을 이용하기 때문에 유지보수 및 option품목의 추가 제거 등이 용이하다. 주프레임이 전기배선을 두어 필요에 따라 조명을 설치할 수 있어 그동안 이원화 되어있던 여러 스트리트퍼니쳐를 한 시스템으로 묶을 수 있는 특징이 있다. 일반적인 공공시설물은 계획된 지역에 따라 그 수량 및 위치 등이 정해져 설치되어졌었다. 사용자의 편의성보다는 관리의 일반성이 우선되어진 면이 있지만 이것도 시설물끼리의 관리가 이원화되어 잘 관리 및 사용이 되어지지 못할 뿐더러 장소에 따라서는 불편함까지도 나타나게 되었다. 또한 많은 수의 공공시설물이 곳곳에 설치되어 도시미관을 해치는 경우도 많았다.General public facilities were installed according to the planned area according to their quantity and location.
