The present invention relates to a straw, and more particularly, to a disposable straw with a content leakage prevention function.
Use a straw to easily drink the soda in the pack or a soda in a fast food restaurant. 1A and 1B are perspective views of straws according to the prior art. FIG. 1A is a

The present invention is to provide a disposable straw that does not flow back to the outlet of the container even if the straw is put into the container.
One side of the present invention, the tubular body portion, the inlet formed in one end of the body portion, the outlet formed in the other end of the body portion, the first blocking portion formed in the body portion between the inlet and the outlet, the first blocking portion and the inlet A disposable straw is provided that includes a second blocking portion formed in the body portion therebetween. The disposable straw folds the first blocking portion and the second blocking portion to prevent the drinking water from leaking out of the container.
The first blocking portion and the second blocking portion may be formed by removing a portion of the body portion, and may be in the form of a mark formed to identify a position.
In addition, the first blocking portion and the second blocking portion may be formed diagonally with respect to the body portion. When the first blocking portion and the second blocking portion are formed obliquely, the outlet is positioned in a predetermined direction when the first blocking portion and the second blocking portion are formed diagonally, and at this time, a restoring force is generated when the outlet is moved relative to the body portion. By supporting the restoring force of the body portion, the straw remains in a stable folded state. This restoring force will be described in detail in the following Examples.
Meanwhile, a fixing part larger than the diameter of the body part may be formed in the body part between the second blocking part and the inlet. The fixing portion may include a first inclined portion having a larger diameter in the inflow direction from the inlet direction, and a second inclined portion having a larger diameter in the inflow direction in the outlet direction. Fixing grooves may be formed between the inclined portions. The fixing part serves to fix the container and the body of the straw.
Another aspect of the invention, the tubular body portion, the inlet formed in one end of the body portion, the outlet formed in the other end of the body portion, the pleats formed in the body portion between the inlet and outlet, and the body portion between the inlet and the outlet A disposable straw is provided that includes a formed block.
The blocking portion is preferably formed in the body portion between the outlet and the wrinkle portion. If a block is formed at this position, it is possible to more easily prevent the outflow of the beverage inside the container.
The body portion between the corrugation portion and the inlet may be formed with a fixed portion larger than the diameter of the inlet. The form of this fixing part has already been described.
Another aspect of the present invention, a disposable including a tubular body portion formed with an inlet and outlet, a first blocking portion formed between the inlet and the outlet, and a second blocking portion formed between the first blocking portion and the inlet. Straws; A method of preventing the contents of the container from leaking after being combined with the container, the method comprising: (a) coupling the straw to the container in the inlet direction, (b) folding the first blocking part and the second blocking part to the body Blocking the inside of the part, (c) there is provided a method for preventing the leakage of the contents of the disposable straw comprising the step of placing the outlet on the top of the container so that the first blocking portion and the second blocking portion is not released.
Another aspect of the present invention, a disposable straw including a body portion formed with an inlet and outlet, a wrinkle portion formed between the inlet and the outlet, and a blocking portion formed between the inlet and the outlet; A method of preventing the contents of the container from leaking after combining the container with the container, the method comprising: (a) coupling the straw to the container in the inlet direction, and (b) folding the blocking part to block the internal space of the body part. , (c) there is provided a method for preventing the leakage of the contents of the disposable straw comprising the step of placing the outlet formed in the body portion on the top of the container so as not to loosen.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a disposable straw according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the description with reference to the accompanying drawings, the same components will be denoted by the same reference numerals regardless of the reference numerals and redundant description thereof will be omitted.

Although the technical spirit of the present invention has been described in detail according to the above-described embodiments, the above-described embodiments are for the purpose of description and not of limitation, and a person of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate It will be understood that various embodiments are possible within the scope.
As in the above embodiment, the disposable straw of the present invention can prevent the contents from leaking even after being plugged into the container. Therefore, after drinking only a part of the beverage in the container, even if the beverage is moved, the risk of spilling the contents disappears.
