Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a disposable tableware, in particular to a combined straw container which can be used for containing and sucking drinks.
Background
In order to provide convenience for consumers to take drinks outside and ensure that the drinks cannot overflow in the taking process, many shops hold the drinks in the drink cups, the heat sealing film is used for sealing the cup mouths, and then a straw is attached to the consumers, so that the consumers can puncture the heat sealing film and insert the drinks in the drink cups to suck the drinks when drinking the drinks. In order to have sufficient rigidity to puncture the heat seal film, reduce the cost of manufacturing the straw, and facilitate the disposal of the consumer after drinking, disposable plastic straws are currently provided for consumers.
However, the existing disposable plastic straw is usually disposed in general garbage for incineration or landfill treatment due to its small volume and difficult recovery, but the incineration treatment may generate toxic waste gas, the landfill treatment is difficult to decompose in a short time, and the plastic straw with a small volume may be flushed to the ground surface or the sea due to rain wash, which may cause other organisms to eat by mistake. Therefore, the condition that people use the plastic straw excessively and cannot effectively recycle the existing disposable plastic straw causes great harm to the environment and the ecology.
In recent years, environmental protection consciousness is rising, so environmental protection straws made of glass, silica gel or stainless steel are appearing in the market, consumers are encouraged to carry and reuse the straws, and the disposable plastic straws are not required to be taken by shops. However, consumers often forget to carry the existing environment-friendly straw, and after the existing environment-friendly straw is used, liquid is easy to remain in the straw and is difficult to store, and dirt and bacteria are stored in the straw due to the fact that the straw is difficult to clean thoroughly, so that sanitation is worried.
On the other hand, the carbon emission for producing an environment-friendly straw is far greater than that for producing a disposable plastic straw, and if the environment-friendly straw is reused by consumers for a few times or the existing environment-friendly straw is frequently bought and replaced, manufacturers can excessively produce the environment-friendly straw; therefore, compared to the existing disposable plastic straw, the common use of the existing environmental straw may cause more greenhouse gases to be generated, which may aggravate the greenhouse effect.
Therefore, an environment-friendly drinking mode that people can drink the tea cup in mouth is provided, and a straw is completely abandoned, so that the environment-friendly and sanitary effects are achieved. However, such as pearl milk tea and other feeding beverages are well liked by people, and it is difficult to eat ingredients sinking to the bottom of the cup in a drinking manner of a cup, and if a spoon and other tableware are used for scooping, the pleasure of sucking the ingredients is lost, and before the spoon is used, the heat-sealing film on the cup opening needs to be torn off, so that the beverage is easy to overflow and is not easy to carry, and the inconvenience is caused to consumers.
In view of the above, there is still a need for improvement of the existing tableware for containing and drinking the drink.

Referring to fig. 9, which is a second embodiment of the combined straw container of the present invention, the cross-sectional shapes of the lower straw 2, the upper straw 3 and the receiving portion 13 of the present embodiment are all square, so that the simple square cross-sectional shape is helpful to reduce the manufacturing process, and the difficulty of aligning the receiving portion 13 or the upper straw 3 with the lower straw 2 can be reduced, thereby improving the convenience of using the combined straw container; in order to allow the receiving portion 13 to easily fit the lower straw 2 or allow the upper straw 3 to be tightly combined with the lower straw 2, the cross sections of the receiving portion 13, the upper straw 3 and the lower straw 2 are preferably matched, which is understood by those having ordinary skill in the art of the present invention and will not be described herein.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, which are third embodiments of the combined straw container of the present invention, the present embodiment may have a cup cover 5, and since the second end 22 of the lower straw 2 does not protrude from the cup opening 11, the cup cover 5 may be combined with the periphery of the cup opening 11 of the container 1 to seal the cup opening 11. The outer surface of the cap 5 preferably has an insert 51 so that the upper straw 3 can pass through the cap 5 through the insert 51. The inner surface of the cap 5 preferably has a guiding tube 52, the guiding tube 52 is aligned with the inserting portion 51, and the guiding tube 52 can communicate with the lower straw 2, so that when the third end 31 of the upper straw 3 is inserted into the inserting portion 51, the guiding tube 52 can directly communicate with the lower straw 2.
The insertion part 51 is preferably in a sealed state to prevent external contaminants from contacting the beverage in the container 1, and the upper straw 3 can penetrate through the insertion part 51 to be inserted into the guide tube 52; for example, the insertion portion 51 may be a plurality of thin sheets partially connected to the cup cover 5, so that even if the third end 31 of the upper straw 3 is in a flat shape, the upper straw 3 can still easily pass through the plurality of thin sheets, and after the upper straw 3 is inserted, the plurality of thin sheets are still connected to the cup cover 5, so as to prevent the plurality of thin sheets from falling into the lower straw 2 to cause eating by mistake.
Referring to fig. 12, which is a fourth embodiment of the combined straw container of the present invention, in this embodiment, the lower straw 2 is connected to the outer peripheral surface of the container 1, and the lower straw 2 and the container 1 can be formed into a co-wall integrated structure, and only the first end 21 of the lower straw 2 and the container 1 have a communication hole 24, so that the substance in the receiving space S can enter the lower straw 2 through the communication hole 24, thereby reducing the material usage and the manufacturing cost. And because the lower suction pipe 2 is positioned outside the container 1, the upper suction pipe 3 and the lower suction pipe 2 can be aligned conveniently by a drinker. In other embodiments, the lower straw 2 may be connected to the outer peripheral surface of the container 1 only by the first end 21, so that the second end 22 of the lower straw 2 is not connected to the outer peripheral surface of the container 1 with a gap, and thus, a user may pull the lower straw 2 away from the container 1 directly to drink the contents, and the user may drink the contents in the receiving space S without excessively tilting the container 1, which is ergonomic and improves the drinking comfort.
The combined straw container of the fourth embodiment can still use a sealing member such as a sealing film 4 or a cup cover 5 to seal the cup opening 11 and the spout 23, so as to avoid the possibility of beverage leakage. If a sealing film 4 is selected, the sealing film 4 preferably has a protrusion 42 for covering the nozzle 23 and the rim 11 at the same time to seal the nozzle 23 and the rim 11; if a cup cover (not shown) is selected, the cup cover may have a convex portion, the cup cover may be combined with the periphery of the cup mouth 11 to seal the cup mouth 11, and the convex portion may cover the pipe orifice 23 of the lower straw 2, the convex portion may have an insertion portion, the insertion portion may be opposite to the pipe orifice 23, so as to facilitate the drinker to insert the upper straw 3 into the lower straw 2 through the insertion portion, or the convex portion may be a structure capable of being lifted up, the convex portion is lifted up before drinking, and the upper straw 3 is inserted into the lower straw 2.
Fig. 13 shows a fifth embodiment of the combined straw container of the present invention. In the present embodiment, the container 1 has a top portion 14 and a bottom portion 15 at opposite ends, and the top portion 14 and the bottom portion 15 can be completely closed to form a sealed accommodating space S. For example, but not by way of limitation, the container 1 may be selected as a roof-shaped carton package, and the top 14 may form an opening before filling with the beverage, and the opening may be bonded after filling with the beverage, so as to facilitate filling with the beverage and sealing the container 1 by the manufacturer without using a sealing member such as a sealing film or a cup lid.
Wherein, the top 14 of the container 1 can be surrounded by a cut to form a press-breaking portion 16, and when the press-breaking portion 16 is pressed by force, the top 14 of the container 1 can be broken along the cut to form an opening 17. The second end 22 of the lower suction pipe 2 can have a rim 221 for firmly connecting the top 14, and preferably the opening 17 is completely aligned within the range enclosed by the rim 221; the first end 21 of the downpipe 2 is adjacent the bottom 15. The outer peripheral surface of the lower suction pipe 2 can be connected with the inner peripheral surface of the container 1 as shown in the figure, so as to improve the combination stability of the lower suction pipe 2 and the container 1; alternatively, in another embodiment, the outer peripheral surface of the lower suction pipe 2 may not be connected to the inner peripheral surface of the container 1, so that the number of steps in manufacturing can be reduced. Wherein, the cross-sectional shape of the lower suction pipe 2 can be selected to be square as the embodiment, which is convenient for combining the lower suction pipe 2 and the container 1; alternatively, the cross-sectional shape may be a circle, a polygon, or the like, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 14, when drinking the beverage in the container 1, a user can press the press breaking part 16 to form the opening 17 on the top 14 of the container 1, and then insert the upper straw 3 into the lower straw 2 by penetrating the opening 17; at this time, the press breaking part 16 can be limited between the outer peripheral surface of the upper straw 3 and the inner peripheral surface of the lower straw 2, and the upper straw 3 is inserted into the lower straw 2 until the outer peripheral surface of the upper straw 3 abuts against the inner peripheral surface of the lower straw 2, so that the upper straw 3 and the lower straw 2 have good air tightness. Therefore, a drinker can suck the beverage in the lower straw 2 by using the upper straw 3.
In addition, the material of the container 1 and the lower suction pipe 2 can be selected from laminating paper or biodegradable material, so that greenhouse gas discharged in the manufacturing process can be reduced, and the environmental protection problem that the air after burning is polluted or is difficult to decompose when being discarded can be avoided, thereby reducing the harm of the combined type suction pipe container to the environment and the ecology.
In summary, the combined straw container of the present invention is connected to the accommodating space inside the container through the lower straw, and when in use, the upper straw is only communicated with the lower straw, so that a user can drink the beverage in the accommodating space; therefore, the combined straw container can easily enjoy the pleasure of drinking without additionally using a disposable plastic straw or an environment-friendly straw which needs to be cleaned after being used, and the upper straw and the lower straw do not need to be cleaned after drinking, so the combined straw container has the effects of taking the environmental protection and the use convenience into consideration.
