Claims (11)
- 갠트리 내부에 경사 코일과 차폐판 그리고 전신 RF 코일이 순차적으로 장착되는 개방형 자기 공명 영상 촬영기(Magnetic Resonance Imaging)에 있어서,상기 갠트리 내부에는 한쌍의 차폐판에 의해 차폐된 시그널 판독기와 섬광 결정체를 포함하는 검출기를 포함하는 양전자 방출 단층촬영기(Positron Emission Tomography)가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 PET-MRI 통합 유닛.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양전자 방출 단층촬영기는 차폐판과 전신 RF 코일 사이에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 PET-MRI 통합 유닛.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 양전자 방출 단층촬영기는 상기 갠트리의 내부에 원형 또는 사각형, 육각형 또는 팔각형 등의 정다각형 형상에서 택일된 형상으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 PET-MRI 통합 유닛.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양전자 방출 단층촬영기는 전신 RF 코일 안에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 PET-MRI 통합 유닛.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 양전자 방출 단층촬영기는 내부에 MRI용 국소 RF 코일이 더 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 PET-MRI 통합 유닛.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 양전자 방출 단층촬영기는 외부에 MRI용 국소 RF 코일이 더 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 PET-MRI 통합 유닛.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 한 쌍의 고주파 차폐판은 박막 또는 그물망 형태로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 PET-MRI 통합 유닛.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 한 쌍의 고주파 차폐판은 구리인 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 PET-MRI 통합 유닛.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 섬광 결정체(scintillator)는 NaI, BGO(Bismuth Germanate Oxide), LSO(Lutetium Oxyorthosilicate), LuYAP, LYSO, LGSO 또는 LaBr3 중에서 선택된 하나 이상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 PET-MRI 통합 유닛.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 시그널 판독기는 광전자 증배관 또는 광다이오드와, 이들을 보호하기 위한 보호회로와, MRI의 RF 필터 회로를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 PET-MRI 통합 유닛.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 광다이오드는 사태 광다이오드(APD) 또는 거이거 사태 광다이오드(GAPD) 타입의 반도체 광증배관(SSPM), 실리콘 광증배관(SiPM), 또는 다중 픽셀 광계수기(MPPC) 중에서 택일된 것을 특징으로 하는 개방형 PET-MRI 통합 유닛.
