Claims (3)
- 동영상 디코딩 시스템에 입력된 영상의 블록 경계 영역에 인접한 픽셀들의 차이 값에 따라 블록 경계 픽셀들을 필터링하는 방법에 있어서,블록의 경계 영역에 인접하고 있는 픽셀들 사이의 차를 포함하는 제 1 함수 값과 양자화 계수 정보에 근거하는 임계치를 비교하여 디블록킹 필터링의 수행 여부를 판별하는 단계와;상기 판별 결과에 근거하여, 영상의 블록 경계를 중심으로 수평 방향 또는 수직 방향으로 2개씩의 픽셀들에 대해 평균 연산을 적용하여 디블록킹 필터링을 수행하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 블록 경계 픽셀들을 필터링하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 픽셀들 중 상기 블록 경계에 인접한 각 1개씩의 픽셀에 대해 상대적으로 강한 필터링을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 블록 경계 픽셀들을 필터링하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 비교 결과, 상기 제 1 함수값이 상기 임계치보다 작을 경우 상기 블록 경계 영역에 대한 필터링을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 블록 경계 픽셀들을 필터 링하는 방법.
