Claims (7)
- 습식계 입도 분포 측정장치의 시료순환기에 있어서,액을 급액탱크(110)로부터 혼합기(210)로 공급하기 위한 급액 펌프(130)를 구비하고,혼합기(210)내 입자와 혼합된 혼합액의 배출구(213)와 일 측이 연결된 순환펌프(150)의 타 측과 연결된 배관이 분기되어, 상기 분기된 배관이공급펌프(130)의 일 측과 연결되는 급액라인(L30),상기 혼합액을 혼합기(210)로 배출하는 순환라인(L40),입도 분포 측정장치(160)의 일 측과 연결되는 제 1분석라인(L50),및 상기 혼합액이 시료순환기 외부로 배출되는 배출라인(L60)과 결합되고,상기 혼합기(210)에 회전 가능한 배플(211, 212)이 하나 이상 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립입자 분포 측정을 위한 시료순환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 입도 분포 측정장치(160)의 타 측과 연결되어 입도 분포 측정장치(160)로부터 혼합기(210)로 혼합액을 배출하는 제 2분석라인(L51)이 형성되고,상기 순환라인(L40) 및 상기 제 2분석라인(L51)이 상기 혼합기의 상부 투입부로 혼합액을 배출하며,상기 순환라인(L40) 및 상기 제 2분석라인(L51)에서 배출되는 혼합액의 유속 에 의해 상기 하나 이상의 배플(211, 212)이 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립입자 분포 측정을 위한 시료순환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 배플(211, 212)은 혼합기(210)에서 배플이 부착된 부분의 용기면을 기준으로 90도 이하 내지 지면을 기준으로 0도 이상의 각도로 혼합기의 용기면에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립입자 분포 측정을 위한 시료순환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 배플(211, 212)은 사각형의 배플판 및 회전가능하며 배플판에 부착되는 배플회전축으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립입자 분포 측정을 위한 시료순환기.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 사각형의 배플판은 혼합기(210)에서 배플이 부착된 부분에서 혼합기(210)의 단면적을 기준으로 10% 내지 40%의 넓이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립입자 분포 측정을 위한 시료순환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 혼합기(210)에 두 개의 회전 가능한 배플(211, 212)이 부착되며,상기 순환라인(L40)에서 배출되는 혼합액의 유속에 의해 하나의 배플이 회전하며,상기 제 2분석라인(L51)에서 배출되는 혼합액의 유속에 의해 다른 하나의 배플이 회전하며,상기 두 배플의 회전 방향이 반대인 것을 특징으로 하는 조립입자 분포 측정을 위한 시료순환기.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 두 배플은 혼합기(210)의 배출구(213)를 기준으로 서로 다른 높이에 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립입자 분포 측정을 위한 시료순환기.
