Claims (14)
- 제1 전압을 입력받아 제2 전압을 출력하는 전력제어용 회로를 이루는 반도체 소자 및 다이오드;복수의 저항체들 및 상기 반도체 소자에 과전압이 인가되는 것을 방지하는 보호회로가 제공된 인쇄회로기판을 구비하는 스너버 보드; 및상기 저항체들로부터 발생한 열을 방출하기 위한 방열플레이트를 포함하되,상기 저항체들은 상기 방열플레이트의 일면에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어용 컨버터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 방열플레이트의 타면에는 복수의 핀(fin)들이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어용 컨버터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 컨버터는 상기 저항체들과 상기 방열플레이트 사이에 제공되어 상기 저항체들과 상기 방열플레이트를 전기적으로 절연하는 절연시트를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어용 컨버터.
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서,상기 저항체들은 메탈저항인 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어용 컨버터.
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서,상기 절연시트는 실리콘 러버 시트인 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어용 컨버터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 인쇄회로기판은 상기 방열플레이트의 하부에 상기 방열플레이트와 대향되도록 배치되며,상기 저항체들은 상기 방열플레이트의 하부면에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어용 컨버터.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 컨버터는 상기 반도체 소자 및 상기 다이오드를 각각 클램핑하는 제1 및 제2 냉각블록을 구비하는 클램핑 유닛을 더 포함하며,상기 인쇄회로기판은 상기 제1 및 제2 냉각블록의 상부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어용 컨버터.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 컨버터는 상기 제1 및 상기 제2 냉각블록을 냉각하는 열교환기(heat exchanger)를 더 포함하며,상기 열교환기는,상기 제1 냉각블록으로부터 상향 경사지게 연장되는 복수의 제1 열파이프(heat pipe)들;상기 제2 냉각블록으로부터 상향 경사지게 연장되는 복수의 제2 열파이프들;상기 제1 열파이프들에 연결되며, 상기 제1 열파이프의 길이방향을 따라 나란하게 배치되는 복수의 제1 방열판들; 및상기 제2 열파이프들에 연결되며, 상기 제2 열파이프의 길이방향을 따라 나란하게 배치되는 복수의 제2 방열판들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어용 컨버터.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 컨버터는 상기 반도체 소자 및 상기 다이오드, 상기 클램핑 유닛을 감싸는 커버부재를 더 포함하며,상기 커버부재는,상기 제1 및 제2 방열판들과 대체로 나란하게 배치되며, 상기 클램핑 유닛이 제공된 영역과 상기 제1 및 제2 방열판이 제공된 영역을 구획하는 전방 커버;상기 제1 냉각블록의 측면에 상기 제1 냉각블록과 나란하게 배치되는 제1 측방 커버;상기 제2 냉각블록의 측면에 상기 제2 냉각블록과 나란하게 배치되는 제2 측 방 커버;상기 전방 커버와 대향되도록 배치되는 후방 플랜지; 및상기 클램핑 유닛의 상부에 배치되는 상부 커버를 포함하되,상기 방열플레이트는 상기 상부커버 상에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어용 컨버터.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 전방커버 상에는 상기 제1 열파이프들의 배열방향을 따라 연장된 제1 슬롯 및 상기 제2 열파이프들의 배열방향을 따라 연장된 제2 슬롯이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어용 컨버터.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 장치는,상기 후방 플랜지에 형성된 개구에 결합되는 후방 커버; 및상기 후방 커버에 결합되며, 상기 제1 전압이 입력되는 입력단자 및 상기 제2 전압이 출력되는 출력단자를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어용 컨버터.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 장치는,상기 반도체 소자 및 상기 클램핑 소자와 상기 클램핑 유닛을 감싸는 커버부재; 및상기 클램핑 유닛 및 상기 열교환기의 하부에 위치하는 베이스 플레이트; 및상기 베이스 플레이트 및 상기 커버부재에 연결되며, 상기 커버부재 및 상기 열교환기를 외부로부터 보호하기 위한 가이드 바를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어용 컨버터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 반도체 소자는 싸이리스터(Thyristor)인 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어용 컨버터.
- 전동열차에 있어서,제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전력제어용 컨버터;상기 컨버터에 상기 제1 전압을 제공하는 입력전원; 및상기 컨버터로부터 출력된 상기 제2 전압이 인가되며, 상기 제2 전압을 이용하여 구동되는 구동장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동열차.
