Claims (6)
- 외주면에는 내식성 합금 도금층이 형성되고 내측으로는 유체가 유동하는 튜브와, 금속 재질로 이루어지고 외측에 내식성 합금 도금층이 형성되어 상기 튜브의 외주면에 소정의 피치를 이루면서 나선 형상으로 감기는 핀을 포함하여 구성되는 턴핀튜브가 밴딩되어 이루어진 턴핀형 열교환기에 있어서,상기 턴핀튜브는 일방향에 대해 소정의 길이 간격으로 반복하여 왕복되도록 밴딩되어 열이 형성된 후, 상기 밴딩된 부분이 소정의 폭을 이루며 포개지도록 밴딩되어 상기 열이 각각 일정한 개수를 이루며 다층의 단을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 턴핀형 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 턴핀튜브는 5열 5단으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 턴핀형 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 핀의 피치는 4.5~5.0mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 턴핀형 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 핀은 스틸 재질로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 턴핀형 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내식성 합금 도금층은 용융아연도금, 전기아연도금 및 갈바륨도금 중 어느 하나로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 턴핀형 열교환기.
- 일방향으로 길게 형성된 튜브의 외주면에 소정의 피치를 이루면서 나선 형상으로 핀을 감아 턴핀튜브를 형성하는 턴핀튜브 형성단계;상기 턴핀튜브를 소정의 길이로 좌우방향으로 교번되도록 밴딩하여 열을 형성하는 열 형성단계; 그리고상기와 같이 밴딩된 부분 중 소정의 폭 간격을 이루는 부분이 기존 열의 상측으로 다시 밴딩되어 다층의 단을 형성하는 단 형성단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 턴핀형 열교환기의 제조방법.
