Claims (7)
- 하나 이상의 발광 다이오드와 상기 발광 다이오드가 배열된 기판으로 구성된 발광 다이오드 모듈부;상기 발광 다이오드 모듈부를 감싸며 형성되며, 측면에 균일한 간격의 홀을 구비한 전면 케이스부;상기 전면 케이스부 내부에 구비되며 알루미늄 및 구리의 방열재료로 형성되어 열을 방출시키는 히트싱크;상기 히트싱크 하면에 형성되며, 내부에 구동회로를 포함하고, 상부에 홀이 형성되고, 측면에 균일한 간격으로 홀을 구비하는 방열 케이스부; 및상기 방열 케이스부 하면에 형성되며, 외부 전기장치와 연결되는 베이스부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 방출이 가능한 발광 다이오드 전구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 발광다이오드 모듈의 기판은 MCPCB 또는 FR4 PCB를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 방출이 가능한 발광 다이오드 전구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 히트싱크는 내부에 쿨링팬(Cooling Fan)을 포함하고, 옆면 및 중간층에 차단판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 방출이 가능한 발광 다이오드 전구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전면 케이스부는 플라스틱, 단열재 및 열 차단제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 방출이 가능한 발광 다이오드 전구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방열 케이스부는 알루미늄 및 구리를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 방출이 가능한 발광 다이오드 전구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방열 케이스부 내부의 구동회로는 가로 또는 세로로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 방출이 가능한 발광 다이오드 전구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 발광 다이오드 모듈부를 내부에 포함하며 상기 전면 케이스부의 상부에 형성되고, 탈부착 가능한 렌즈부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 방출이 가능한 발광 다이오드 전구.
