Claims (3)
- 자동차 운행시 연비를 크게 향상시킬 수 있고, 연소시 환경 유해물질을 대폭 저감시킬 수 있도록 대체에너지 활용 일환으로 보닛 및 지붕에 배치하는 홈형쏠라셀모듈(4)과,자동차 자체 엔진(1)의 발전기(1-1)로부터 활용 전력을 얻고,상기 홈형쏠라셀모듈(4)과 엔진(1)의 발전기(1-1)에 의해 얻어지는 전력을 저장하는 축전지(3)와,상기 축전지(3)로부터 전기 회로의 전류 방향을 바꾸는 직교류전환기(D/C-D/C-A/C Converto)(6)와,상기 축전지(3)에 저장된 전기가 엔진연료센서 시그널을 받아 전기분해에 의한 연료가스로 수소가 공급되며 금속화합물촉매(7-1) 반응에 따라 연속적으로 수소생산이 이루어지는 세미수전해조(7)와,상기 세미수전해조(7)에 자동차 엔진(1)의 순환공/수열(2)로부터 높은 열에너지를 얻어 낮은 유체로 열 전달을 위한 층판형열교환기(5)와,상기 층판형열교환기(5)로부터 열 전달이 이루어져 세미수전해조(7)내 열 공급이 이루어져 전기분해에 필요한 에너지 공급이 가능하고,상기 세미수전해조(7)의 전류에 따라 쥴발열 반응속도와 그 연계연동장치에 수소생산을 조절해주는 정촉매(7-3)란탄(Lanthan)과, 부촉매(7-2)이리듐(Lridium)과,상기 세미수전해조(7)의 수소생산량을 조절할 수 있도록 감지센서 시그널에 의해 작동하는 리필형수소저장탱크(11)와,상기 자체 차량 냉동기에 흡배기 밸브를 장착하여 열펌프(11-2)로 냉매흐름을 개조하여 생산된 수소를 빠르게 저온저장시키기 위한 수소흡장합금(11-1)과,상기 금속화합물촉매카트리지(7-1) 및 수소흡장합금(11-1)은 전기분해시 효율성과 안전성을 꾀할 수 있도록 카트리지(Cartridge)형태로 이루어진 것을 포함하여 연속적인 수소생산이 원격제어(CPU)(9)와,수소 연료 공급이 실시간 이루어짐과 동시에 다량의 연료생산이 가능함으로서, 각종 차체 내연기관으로 중장비, 선박, 탱크, 비행기, 발전기, 기관차 등 사용이 가능하도록 하고, 수소생산 및 연소의 전 공정이 호환되어 이루어지도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 홈형쏠라셀모듈 및 금속화합물촉매카트리지를 이용한 수소 엔진연료화 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 세미수전해조(7)는 금속화합물촉매카트리지(7-1)의 가변적 멀티온도, 압력센서 반응에 따라 리필생산 및 응답성조절이 가능하도록 수소와 산소의 깁스자유에너지(△G)를 작게 하는 반면에 엔진(1)의 순환공/수열(2)에 의해 T△S(열에너지)를 층판형열교환기(5)로 전달 된 쥴발열에 의한 정촉매(7-3) 및 부촉매(7-2)의 반응으로 수소생산량을 조절할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 한 홈형쏠라셀모듈 및 금속화합물촉매카트리지를 이용한 수소생산 엔진연료화 시스템.
- 제1항 있어서, 자동차 엔진(1)연료는 수소가스를 최적의 연소 조건으로 수소 및 화석연료와 산소를 병용혼합연소가 가능하도록 하고, 잉여수소를 MEA(Membrane Electrolyte Assembler)(13)을 이용하여 예비전원으로 연료전지 전력생산이 가능할 수 있도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한 홈형쏠라쎌모듈 및 금속화합물촉매카트리지를 이용한 수소생산 엔진연료화 시스템.
