A manufacturing method of an eccentric cone having a knuckle is provided to ensure safety of the product by producing a product with sufficient resistance to stress due to internal pressure, and secure reliability of the product and substantially reduce raw materials, manufacturing costs and manufacturing time by enabling a workpiece with a thickness of 50 mm to be manufactured into the product. A manufacturing method of an eccentric cone having a knuckle comprises: a marking and cutting process of equally dividing a part(30) that forms the eccentric cone having the knuckle, marking the equally divided parts on a workpiece(20), and cutting the marked parts; a process of bending or folding the respective cut parts using a bending roller or a hydraulic press; a process of welding and joining the bent or folded parts to manufacture an eccentric cone; a process of eccentrically installing a bottom part of the completed product(40) on a rotary table(70) of a forming machine; a process of forming an upper knuckle with an eccentric shape in the product using inner and outer hydraulic rollers(50,60); a process of eccentrically installing and fixing a top part of the product on the rotary table of the forming machine; and a process of forming a lower knuckle with an eccentric shape in the product using the inner and outer hydraulic rollers.
