Claims (2)
- 지반천공 후 강관을 삽입하고, 강선이 부착된 앵커체를 상기 강관에 삽입한 다음 상기 앵커체에 콘크리트를 타설하여 강관내부에 그라우팅을 실시하여 이루어지는 차수벽 설치단계와;상기 차수벽 내측에 앵커체를 부착하고, 상기 앵커체의 강선이 교차되는 곳에 고정용 연결소켓을 부착한 후, 연결소켓 내부에서 교차된 강선을 체결 고정하여서 되는 차수벽 보강단계로 구성되는 자립형 차수벽 흙막이 공법에 있어서,상기 강선을 다수의 가닥으로 되고 S또는 Z꼬임으로 된 PC강연선으로 하고, 상기 PC강연선에는 다수의 돌기부(411)를 형성하며, 이 돌기부(411)가 형성된 PC강연선(41)을 강관내 하부에 설치한 상기 정착체(44)에 체결 고정하여 차수벽의 강도를 향상시키고, 필요에 따라 상기 PC강선을 Z꼬임으로 하여 상기 정착체로부터 분리제거가 가능하게 체결고정한 차수벽을 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PC강연선을 이용한 자립형 제거 및 비제거식 차수벽 흙막이 공법
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 정착체(44)는 그 일측부를 1차적으로 에폭시 코팅하고, 다음 2차로 열수축튜브(442)를 그 위로 피복 시키고 다음 3차로 벤딩클립(443)으로 이를 고정시킨 정착제(44)에 나사가공된 홈부(444)를 형성하고 여기에 PC강연선(41)을 나 선(481)결합 시키기 위하여, 상기 PC강연선의 이음단부를 그립(grip)(48)에 의해 나선결합으로 체결고정하며, 이 그립(48)의 다른쪽 단부쪽으로는 나사가공부(481)를 그립(48)과 일체로 형성하여 상기 PC강연선을 상기 정착체(44)에 체결고정하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 PC강연선을 이용한 자립형 제거 및 비제거식 차수벽 흙막이 공법
