The present invention relates to a touch panel coupling structure of a liquid crystal module.

A liquid crystal panel usually arranges two conductive glass substrates in parallel, injects a liquid crystal having dielectric anisotropy therebetween, and uses a polarization property of the liquid crystal to vary according to a voltage change applied from the outside. That's the way it is. That is, the image is displayed by adjusting the light transmittance of the injected liquid crystal. Such liquid crystal panels may also include a touch panel used as an input device. The touch panel generates a change in the resistance or current value at the position where the stylus pen or finger is pressed to input a command or graphic information designated by the user. In addition, a capacitive touch panel and a resistive touch panel are mainly used for the touch panel.

Hereinafter, each component of the conventional liquid crystal module and the disadvantages of these components will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

1 is a perspective view showing an exploded state of a liquid crystal module according to the prior art, Figure 2 is a view showing a cross section of the liquid crystal module according to the prior art.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the conventional liquid crystal module includes a liquid crystal panel 10 in which a liquid crystal material is filled between two conductive glass plates, and the liquid crystal panel 10 has no self-luminous power. As a light source for the backlight unit (not shown) is provided with a flexible circuit board (not shown) electrically connected to the liquid crystal panel 10 in order to irradiate light and to transmit control signals and data signals, And a frame 30 for fastening and fastening the components.

In this case, the chassis frame 40 having a polygonal frame shape is coupled to the front of the frame 30 in which the liquid crystal panel 10 is accommodated, and the double-sided tape 50 is adhered along the front edge of the chassis frame 40. The double-sided tape 50 is provided in a form in which adhesives are applied to both sides, and the touch panel 20 is adhered to the opposite side to be adhered to the chassis frame 40 to form a conventional liquid crystal module.

However, such a conventional liquid crystal module is coupled to the chassis frame 40 by using the adhesive force of the double-sided tape 50, the liquid crystal module of the double-sided tape 50 when assembling and disassembling the touch panel 20 When the adhesive portion is transferred to the chassis frame 40, there is a problem that it is difficult to recycle, and when the double-sided tape 50 and the chassis frame 40 are used, the number of parts and processes increases, and the touch panel 20 is not correctly mounted. Reassembly is difficult by the double-sided tape 50, there is a problem that secondary defects occur.

In addition, in the method of bonding the double-sided tape 50 to each other, since the physical properties of the double-sided tape 50 change according to the influence of environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity, the adhesive force of the double-sided tape 50 is weakened depending on the use. There is a problem that the touch panel 20 attached to the chassis frame 40 falls.

Accordingly, the present invention provides a rigid touch panel coupling structure of the liquid crystal module by fixing the touch panel by a mechanical structure without using a double-sided tape by using the fixing portion of the frame.

The present invention includes a liquid crystal panel accommodating part formed therein, a frame in which a fixing part is formed, a liquid crystal panel accommodated in the liquid crystal panel accommodating part, and a touch panel fixed by the fixing part.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings such that those skilled in the art may easily implement the present invention.

3 is a perspective view illustrating an exploded state of a liquid crystal module according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a perspective view illustrating a coupled state of FIG. 3, and FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the 'a-a' part of FIG. 4. Figure is shown.

As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the liquid crystal module A according to the present invention fixes and fixes the liquid crystal panel 100 for a display, the touch panel 200 used as an input device, and the above-mentioned components. It is configured to include a frame 300 for fastening.

The liquid crystal panel 100 has a polarizing plate (not shown) attached to an upper surface thereof, and a flexible circuit board (not shown) is inserted between upper and lower glass plates. Since the liquid crystal panel 100 does not have self-luminous power, a backlight unit (not shown) as a light source for the display is positioned on one side of the liquid crystal panel 100 to irradiate light to the liquid crystal panel 100.

A backlight unit (not shown) which is generally used includes a light source for generating light and a light guide plate for guiding the generated light to the liquid crystal panel 100. The light source is positioned on one side (or both sides) of the light guide plate and is formed of a light emitting diode (LED).

The touch panel 200 is formed to transmit the display light of the liquid crystal panel 100, and inputs a command or graphic information designated by a user by generating a change in a resistance or current value corresponding to a position where a stylus pen or a finger is pressed. Done. In addition, a capacitive touch panel and a resistive touch panel are mainly used for the touch panel 200.

Referring to this operation, when the upper portion of the touch panel 200 is touched with a predetermined pressure or more, a change in the resistance value at the position is calculated by the touch controller (not shown) to recognize the coordinates.

Since the touch panel 200 that inputs a command or graphic information by a touch of a predetermined pressure or more is already used in the related art, detailed descriptions on the internal structure and operation thereof will be omitted.

The liquid crystal panel 100 and the touch panel 200 are seated and fixed to the frame 300. In this case, a predetermined liquid crystal panel mounting part 310 is formed inside the frame 300 to accommodate the liquid crystal panel 100 and a backlight unit (not shown), and to both sides of the liquid crystal panel mounting part 310 in an external direction. A plurality of fixing parts 320 are formed to couple the touch panel 200 to the front of the liquid crystal panel 100.

Looking at the coupling structure of the touch panel 200 in more detail, the fixing portion 320 of the frame 300 is formed with an insertion groove 321 corresponding to the thickness of the touch panel 200, which is the insertion groove 321 Sliding insert the touch panel 200 to the bottom or top of the configuration to support from both sides. Such a configuration is formed to apply elastic force in a direction in which both fixing parts 320 face each other, thereby stably fixing the touch panel 200.

In addition, a rubber material (not shown) may be additionally attached to a surface facing the touch panel 200 of the insertion groove 321, or may be configured by injection molding a rubber material (not shown) integrally with the fixing part 320. When the touch panel 200 is fixed, shaking due to slippage may be prevented.

On the other hand, the inclined portion 322 is formed on the fixing portion 320 of the frame 300 may be fixed by inserting the touch panel 200 from the front, which is fixed plate 320 (spring not having elastic force) In addition, it is possible to realize that it is formed separately as a star, as well as that the fixing part 320 formed integrally with the frame 300 can be sufficiently realized as a synthetic resin capable of sufficiently exerting elastic force.

Here, when describing the coupling structure through the inclined portion 322, after placing the touch panel 200 on the inclined portion 322 and applying a force toward the liquid crystal panel 100, the inclined portion 322 is a touch panel The fixing part 320 is opened on the outside of the frame 300 while riding the coupling part 201 of the 200, and when the force is applied in the above state, the touch panel 200 is positioned in the insertion groove 321. The fitting groove 201 and the coupling part 201 of the touch panel 200 are closely coupled to each other by the elastic force of the fixing part 320 facing each other.

In the above description, the fixing part 320 has been described as being integrally formed with the frame 300, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the fixing part 320 may be configured as an individual component instead of an integral part. Even if it is configured as a leaf spring will have the same effect.

6 is a diagram illustrating a front surface of a liquid crystal module according to another embodiment of the present invention.

In the frame 300 illustrated in FIG. 6, fixing portions 320 are formed at both sides of the frame as shown in FIG. 3, and in addition, the insertion grooves 321 ′ and the inclined portions 322 are formed at upper and lower portions of the frame 300. In addition to the fixed part 320 'provided with'), unlike the frame 300 shown in FIG. 3, both sides, and the upper and lower parts are fixed by the fixing parts 320 and 320 'at the same time to be fixed more and more stable.
