A poly(vinyl chloride) resin composition for a decoration sheet, and a decoration sheet using the composition are provided to prevent the deterioration of adhesive strength by suppressing the migration of a plasticizer into an adhesive layer. A poly(vinyl chloride) resin composition for a decoration sheet comprises 100 parts by weight of a poly(vinyl chloride) resin; 5-70 parts by weight of an ethylene-based polymer; and optionally 5-20 parts by weight of a phthalate-based plasticizer. Preferably the ethylene-based polymer is at least one selected from an ethylene/vinyl acetate/carbon monoxide copolymer, an ethylene/n-butyl acrylate/carbon monoxide copolymer, and an ethylene/n-butyl acrylate/glycidyl methacrylate copolymer.
