Abstract

A corrugated steel plate protection type rubber dam is provided to promote the effective management of water resources by preventing the decomposition of water kept in store and the accumulation of soil on the upper reaches of a dam, to preserve an ecosystem by installing a simple fishway, and to reduce the production costs of a panel and to prevent the water leakage caused by deformation by having large bearing capacity per unit weight and low strain against temperature difference in wintertime and summertime. A corrugated steel plate protection type rubber dam, for controlling the water level according to the operation of an air bag rising or overturning with pneumatic pressure, comprises an air bag(1), a corrugated steel plate panel(3-1) stood erect or turned over by the air bag, a band or a rope for controlling an opening and closing unit fixed or supported to the air bag or the panel to be pulled or loose, a drainageway connecting the upper reaches and the lower reaches of a dam, and an opening and closing unit installed to the drainageway. The corrugated steel plate protection type rubber dam enables to discharge deposits like soils accumulated on the bottom and bottom water gathered in the bottom to be decomposed easily through the opening and closing unit, without discharging the whole quantity of water kept in store, contrary to the existing rubber dam, and to function as a fishway with the drainageway connecting the upper reaches and the lower reaches of the dam.
