The GPS unit and the temperature alarming unit are mounted on the position tracking belt. When the GPS unit is moving away from a power source(8) of the GPS unit, information about a temperature variation on a skin of the children is transmitted to an activity monitoring system(7). The activity monitoring system analyzes the received information and determines whether the children are kidnapped or not.
