Figure 3 is a schematic diagram for explaining the floor heating construction method of the surface heating element using the electrostatic induction shielding sheet of the present invention.

The present invention relates to an electrostatic induction shielding waterproof sheet for preventing electrostatic phenomena, and more particularly, to a waterproof sheet including an antistatic shielding cloth having excellent antistatic and electric current shielding ability by an electric field.

With the recent high oil price era, interest in electric floor heating is increasing. Electric floor heating methods include a linear heating element using a heating wire such as nichrome wire and a planar heating element made by coating carbon fine sand and carbon fine powder. Due to its non-polluting, hygienic, no-noise, fast heat-generating properties and far-infrared emission characteristics, it is becoming an electric heating method that has recently been in the spotlight. Due to these advantages, recently, residential heating devices such as apartments, general houses, pensions, etc. are widely used for heating of commercial buildings, industrial heating such as workshops, warehouses, barracks, and agricultural heating devices. The development and application of planar heating elements using the self-resistance of carbon in the form that can enjoy the maximum is actively underway.

However, despite the many advantages of electric floor heating, due to the nature of using electricity, induction currents due to static electricity and electric fields inevitably occur, and the induced currents caused by static electricity and electric fields not only cause a lot of discomfort to humans in real life. Rather, it is known to be harmful to health, causing psychological fear.

It is known that the charging phenomenon due to electrostatic induction, which is closely related to the induced current due to static electricity and electric field, is caused by the potential difference for each position, and thus can be easily removed by an antistatic treatment for energizing the positions where the potential difference occurs.

Based on the above facts, in order to solve the problems of electric heating in recent years, when installing electric heating wires and planar heating elements, by placing a conductive shielding film or a shielding cloth on the construction surface to remove the potential difference by position, to prevent electric phenomenon As a result, a method of removing an induced current by an electric field is used, and a method of preventing static electricity on an electric heating wire and a planar heating element is mainly used by grounding a shielding film or a shield.

However, in the case of planar heating elements, unlike the linear heating elements such as heating wires, the front heating method is adopted so that the energizing area is wide, vulnerable to moisture, and the probability of mechanical damage is high. It is necessary to perform the process. Accordingly, the construction of the shielding fabric after the waterproof construction, the metal yarn fabric used as a conventional shielding fabric, it is difficult to fix due to the characteristics of the fabric, and has a lot of problems in construction due to poor shape stability when pouring concrete and adhesive.

Therefore, the present invention is to remove the charging phenomenon in the electric floor heating to remove the induced current caused by static electricity and electric field harmful to humans unpleasant and health, and to facilitate the construction of the shielding cloth with a waterproof sheet and It is an object to provide an integrated product.

According to the present invention to achieve the above object, in the electrostatic induction shielding waterproof sheet, the electrostatic induction shielding waterproof sheet, characterized in that the waterproofing sheet is laminated on one or both sides of the metal yarn fabric shielding cloth and the shielding fabric is Is provided.

According to the present invention, there is provided a waterproof sheet for electrostatic induction shielding, characterized in that the waterproof sheet is laminated on both sides of the shielding cloth, and the nonwoven fabric is laminated on any one of the waterproof sheets.

In addition, according to the present invention, there is provided a waterproof sheet for electrostatic induction shielding, characterized in that a lead wire for ground connection is connected to one or both ends of the shielding cloth.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail.

In the electrostatic induction shielding waterproof sheet according to the present invention, a metal yarn fabric shielding fabric and a waterproof sheet are laminated on one or both surfaces of the shielding fabric.

Preferred examples of the metal yarns that can be used to prepare the metal yarn fabric shielding fabric include copper yarns, stainless yarns, silver yarns, gold yarns, wires, zinc yarns, tin yarns or a mixture of two or more thereof.

The metal yarn fabric shielding fabric may be made of only metal yarn, but may also be mixed by mixing the metal yarn with natural fiber yarn, synthetic fiber yarn and the like. Preferred examples of such natural or synthetic fibers include polyester, polypropylene, polyester, acrylic, cotton, nylon and the like.

Metal yarn fabric shielding cloth is too thin or too thick, it is difficult to combine with the waterproof sheet or the electrostatic induction shielding effect may be insufficient and may reduce the heating effect. Within the range of 0.05 to 3 mm in thickness of the metal yarn fabric shielding cloth, it is preferable to adjust the thickness of the shielding cloth within the above range because the lamination with the waterproof sheet is easy and the electrostatic induction shielding effect and the heating effect are also excellent.

In addition, it is preferable that the weight unit of the metal yarn or synthetic fiber yarn used for the metal yarn fabric shielding cloth is 100 to 3000 denier.

In addition, it is preferable that the weft density of the metallic yarn fabric shielding fabric is 1-100 per inch, and the inclination is 1-100 per inch by the weave density.

It is preferable to form a lead wire at one or both ends of the metal yarn fabric shielding fabric to facilitate ground connection.

As the material of the waterproof sheet laminated with the shielding cloth in the waterproof sheet for electrostatic induction shielding of the present invention, asphalt, butyl synthetic rubber, butadiene synthetic rubber, nitrile synthetic rubber, natural rubber, and the like are preferable.

If the thickness of the waterproof sheet is too thin or too thick, it may be difficult to combine with the shielding cloth, or the waterproof effect may be insufficient, and the heating effect may be reduced. Within the range of the thickness of the waterproof sheet is 0.1 ~ 10mm it is preferable to adjust the thickness of the waterproof sheet within the above range because it is easy to be laminated with the shielding cloth and excellent waterproof effect and heating effect.

It is wrapped around.

In the impregnated shielding waterproof sheet shown in FIG. 3, the non-woven fabric 4 is laminated on the upper waterproof sheet 3. Thus, when the non-woven fabric 4 is laminated on the waterproof sheet 4, concrete mortar and epoxy adhesives are compared with the waterproof sheet. It is possible to improve the bonding force with the back. Polyester, cotton, glass, polypropylene is suitable as the material of the nonwoven fabric 4 laminated on the upper surface of the waterproof sheet 3 in the impregnation type, and the weight per area of the nonwoven fabric is 5 to 500 g / m 2.

In addition, the reference numeral 5 in FIG. 1 is a lead wire for ground connection formed at the end of the shielding cloth.
