Description

An Emergency situation use safety oxygen mask}An emergency situation use safety oxygen mask

Rebreather method. Obstacle identification, small and light integration, refill function

Compact Compressed Oxygen Cartridge :

3,000 cc           Maximum average respiratory rate in normal adults: 3,000 cc

500 cc            Adult average breathing volume: 500 cc

Adult 1 minute average breathing rate: 20 times

80,000 X 0.05 = 4,000 cc            Required amount of oxygen for 8 minutes: 80,000 X 0.05 = 4,000 cc

79% of the air is nitrogen and there is no exchange when breathing

Change in concentration after breathing in 21% oxygen: Changed to 16% oxygen + 5% carbon dioxide

So the oxygen needed here removes the substituted carbon dioxide

I need to supply it with oxygen

Satisfied with a compressed oxygen cartridge capable of supplying 80,000 x 0.05 = 4,000 cc.

Selected as a compact compressed cartridge with a capacity of 5.000 cc for safety.

Increased cartridge capacity, increased breathing time through exchange.

Rebreathers : When scuba divers are underwater using conventional air compression

In general, it has been less than 30 minutes, but the use of respirators (carbon dioxide removal technology) has dramatically increased the current underwater activity and is using it for 3 to 4 hours. CO2 eliminator : The carbon dioxide absorber is made of calcium hydroxide.

It is called SODA LIME (soda lime).

Calcium hydroxide reacts with carbon dioxide to turn into calcium carbonate (CaCO3)

If you apply a lot of energy, you can release the absorbed carbon dioxide and reuse it.

In this invention, it is used for single use.

The filter medium in the carbon dioxide filter must be designed to be uniformly sized (as small as possible) so that the gas can pass evenly, and the functioning of the filter medium requires moisture.

Laser Point : In heavy haze, even using a lantern or light

The previous situation can be known but the distance is unknown.

Straightness of the laser point is effective even in haze conditions

It is possible to judge the presence or absence of water, which is advantageous for identifying the evacuation route,

In general, a fire develops an environment of high temperature and dense toxic gases due to the rapid development of a fire called the flash over phenomenon within 5-7 minutes from the initial occurrence. You must escape as soon as possible.

The first five minutes of fire is important, and the present invention was designed to allow air breathing using a small compressed oxygen cartridge for at least eight minutes.

In the evacuation space other than the fire site, the filter is used to prevent inhalation of toxic gas, and at the oxygen depletion site due to the fire, a small compressed oxygen cartridge is re-breathed to secure the maximum evacuation validity time.

In view of the difficulty in securing visibility in heavy fog, we tried to secure the visibility by attaching a light to the top of the goggles.

The laser point in the upper left corner of the goggles quickly escaped in search of obstacles and evacuation routes in the evacuation route.

1. No fumes have yet developed at the initial fire site

I can breathe

2. It is difficult to breathe with a filter or where chemical fume has progressed, and oxygen deficiency may occur, so re-breath with oxygen from a small compressed oxygen cartridge and escape from the danger zone.

1. In the early toxic gas field, the oxygen concentration is still respirable.

Earn escape time (more than 1-2 minutes) by using a filter

2. If the fire goes through and becomes oxygen deficient, close the filter and

To replenish the oxygen in the cartridge

Remove with a respirator (carbon dioxide removal filter).

3. Equipped with LED lamp and laser point to ensure visibility even in haze

You can escape quickly.

The above equipment can be attached in a batch to save lives in an emergency evacuation

This will eliminate asphyxiation at the site of danger.

In the event of an emergency such as a fire, measures for maximum safety should be ensured.

Except in extreme situations, the present design ensures that there is no shortage of breathing areas for escape in dangerous environments, and is designed to allow for rapid escape from dense haze conditions.

Examination of materials and products developed and developed in the past

It was devised product which did not understand fire scene exactly

Sites of fire include high temperature, heavy haze, high concentrations of organic compound smoke, and oxygen deficiency in some areas.

There are situations such as filter filtration or oxygen breathing.

Dense fumes, unsafe combustion fumes, and high concentrations of organic compound fumes can quickly contaminate the filter and cause loss of function, making breathing difficult.

Oxygen bottle respiration overlooks the ill-effects of high-purity oxygen breathing.

It is not possible to install and use it quickly in case of emergency, and the air discharged from high-purity oxygen breathing has higher oxygen concentration than other places and may cause the risk of respiratory frequency decrease and momentum decrease.

The present invention integrates the filter and oxygen tank (small cartridge), LED lamp, laser point, and rebreathing system to breathe air urgently in an emergency, and to secure enough time according to the conditions (8 ~ 10 minutes) required for evacuation and the worst Even in the situation of finding a refuge quickly to save lives.

An important component of the present invention is composed of a filter barrel (01), a small compressed oxygen cartridge (02), a carbon dioxide remover (03), a breathing bag (04), an LED lamp (05), and a laser point (06).

In case of fire, if the initializing material is weak or sufficient visibility is secured,

Use your breath to escape.

At this time, the power of the LED lamp (05) and the laser point (06) uses a mask and

The power is turned on and the LED lamp (05) also uses the connecting laser point (06) from the power source.

If you do not see the escape route due to a fire, or if there is toxic gas, initial breathing (in 1-2 minutes)

Breathe through the filter and after a minute or two, use a small compressed oxygen cartridge to breathe. Open the valve on the small compressed oxygen cartridge.

When breathing with a small compressed oxygen cartridge, it is best to cover the filter with a stopper attached to it.

Air for rebreather (nitrogen, etc.) in the air obtained during the initial breathing is spared in the air breathing because there is a spare in the re-breathing bag (04).

Water and carbon dioxide from breathing are removed by a carbon dioxide remover

The amount of carbon dioxide removed and supplied from the oxygen cartridge

In an inhalation situation, create an environment where you breathe normally.

There are no side effects such as slowing or dryness caused by inhalation of pure oxygen.

With the above device, at least 1 ~ 2 minutes of time can be secured at first according to the environment, and at least 8 minutes with one small compression cartridge (replaceable), and maximum safety from risks such as securing visibility and checking the escape route Its purpose is to save lives.
