(2)발명의 목적
종래의 것으로는 본 발명인의 것으로서 배출대형 이종물질 수용장치가 있었으며, 본 발명은 상기한 것의 응용에 그 목적이 있다.
(3)발명의 구성
이종물질 수용장치는 본체를 중심으로 저장공간이 있는 수용부가 조립되고, 수용부에는 밀폐용 작동부가 저장공간의 하부를 밀폐시키며, 상기한 이종물질 수용장치의 수용부 저부를 중심으로는 본체의 저부와 함께 받치는 형상으로 지지대가 조립된 상태로 본체 구부를 중심으로 내용물을 넣고 본체의 구부에는 배출대를 위치하여 완성된 제품을 형성한 것이다.
(4)발명의 효과
형상 유지가 유지되기 힘든 수용부의 저부와 함께 본체의 저부 형상부를 견고한 지지대가 지지하기 때문에 충진 및 캡핑시 변형이 방지된다.

본 발명은 이종물질 수용장치의 내용물 내입 방법에 관한 것이며, 종래의 것으로는 본 발명인의 것으로서 배출대형 이종물질 수용장치가 있었다.
상기한 종래 본 발명인의 선행은 배출대가 들어 올려 지면 저장공간에 든 내용물이 낙하 혼합되는 것을 기본으로 하는 이종물질 수용장치였다.
본 발명은 상기한 종래 발명인의 이종물질 수용장치에 있어서, 그러한 수용장치에 내용물을 효과적으로 충진하고 캡핑할 수 있는 기술적 사상을 천명하는 데에 그 목적이 있다.
바람직하게는, 이종물질 수용장치는 본체를 중심으로 저장공간이 있는 수용부가 조립되고, 수용부에는 밀폐용 작동부가 저장공간의 하부를 밀폐시키며, 상기한 이종물질 수용장치의 수용부 저부를 중심으로는 본체의 저부와 함께 받치는 형상으로 지지대가 조립된 상태로 하여 본체 구부를 중심으로 내용물을 넣고 본체의 구부에는 배출대를 위치하여 제품을 완성시킨 것이다.
즉, 지지대가 하방을 중심으로 조립되기 때문에 이종물질 수용장치의 일부를 구성하는 수용부 및 본체의 변형이 최소화되는 장점이 있는 것이다.
이하 본 발명을 첨부한 도면에 의거 상술하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명은 여러 기술적 설계 변경으로 그 목적 달성이 가능하나, 도 1은 그 구성 중 일부를 나타내 보인 것이다.
도시된 바와 같이, 이종물질 수용장치(1)는 용기의 내용물 배출방향에 결합되거나 부착되는 본체(10)와 상기 본체(10)의 내부로는 저장공간(21)이 있는 수용부(20)가 조립된다.
그리고 상기 저장공간(21)의 하부에는 저장공간(21)의 내용물을 용기 내부로 내려 보낼 수 있는 개폐공(22)이 형성된다.
또한 상기한 개폐공(22)에는 그 개폐공(22)의 크기에 맞는 밀폐부(31)가 있는 작동부(30)조립되는 것이다.
그리고 상기 작동부(30)를 포함한 본체(10) 구부(11)를 중심으로 하여는 상하 작동형 배출대(40)를 조립시키데, 배출대(40)의 내부 인출부(41) 하단부에 있는 걸림돌기(42)가 작동부(30)의 고정돌기(32)에 걸려지는 형상으로 조립시키는 것이다.
이와 같은 구성이 이종물질 수용장치(1)의 기본 구조이다.
그리고 이종물질 수용장치(1)에 이종물질을 내입하는 방법은, 배출대(40)가 구부(11)를 중심으로 결합되지 않은 상태에서 구부(11)를 중심으로 내부로 내용물을 넣고, 구부(11)를 중심으로 배출대(40)를 눌러 결합시키는 것이다.
이때 일반적으로 본체(10)를 중심으로 하여 구부(11)에 배출대(40)를 위치하여 누르게 되면 본체(10)에 변형이 가고 이어 수용부(20)의 형상이 유지되지 못하며 결국 밀폐부(31) 부위에 틈이 생겨 누액이 발생한다.
본 발명은 이상의 단점을 해결하고자, 상방에서 압력 및 힘을 가할지라도 밀폐부(31) 부위에 이상이 없도록 수용부(20) 및 본체(10)의 변형을 방지하는 코어 형태의 지지대(50)를 형성하는 것이다.
그리고 지지대(50)는 이종물질 수용장치(1)가 일련의 기계장치에 위치되고 수용될 때 기계장치의 하방에서 방방으로 솟아 나오는 형태로 끼워지고 작업이 종 료되면 지지대(50)가 다시 내려가는 방식을 반복하는 형태면 된다.
또한 작동부(30)에 배출대(40)가 조립될때는 걸림돌기(42)가 고정돌기(32)를 타고 넘는 형태를 하는데, 이때 탄력에 의해 작동부(30)가 상부로 약간 들어 올려지고 이어 밀폐부(31)에 유격이 생겨 기밀이 해제되는 것을 예방하기 위하여 그 대응되는 부위에 1차돌기(43)를 두어 상부로 약간의 힘에는 올라가지 못하도록 한 것이다.
다르게는 밀폐부(31)가 위치되는 개폐공(22)의 상단 내벽부에 돌기(23)를 두어 그 기술을 대체할 수 있다.
그리고 작동부(30)가 올라간 후 다시 내려가지 못하도록 2차돌기(44)를 형성할 수 있다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 음용시는 배출대(40)를 들어 올리면 작동부(30)가 올라가고, 이때 개폐공(22)이 열리면서 저장공간(21)에 있던 내용물이 용기 내부로 낙하 혼합되는 것이다.
상기한 상태에서 배출대(40)를 내리게 되면 2차돌기(44)에 의해 저항을 받아 작동부(30)는 내려가지 않고 배출대(40)만이 내려간다.
상기한 상태에서 용기를 흔들게 되면 용기 내부의 내용물이 개폐공(22)을 통해 저장공간(21)까지 이동하여 그 혼합성이 현저히 향상된다.
이런 상태에서 배출대(40)를 다시 개방한 후 용기를 가압하게 되면 용기 내의 혼합된 내용물이 배출공(45)을 통해 배출되는 것이다.
참고적으로, 저장공간(21)을 경유 혼합된 내용물이 배출공(45)으로 용이하게 배출될 수 있도록 인출부(41)의 외형에 긴 형태의 홈이나 갈라진 부위를 형성하거나 또는 작동부(30)를 긴 형태로 갈라지게 하거나 외측에 길게 홈을 형성하는 등의 방법이 가능하다.
또한 작동부(30)가 구부(11)의 내벽부에 탄력적으로 수용되도록 갈라진 형태로 제작하여 끼울 수 있으며, 또는 구부(11)의 내벽부에 날개형의 탄력적인 환날개를 두어 작동부(30)의 상하 이동을 부드럽게 도와줄 수 있다.
그리고 배출대(40)는 구부(11) 상에서 회전 방식으로 열릴 수 있다.
형상 유지가 유지되기 힘든 수용부의 저부와 함께 본체의 저부 형상부를 견고한 지지대가 지지하기 때문에 충진 및 캡핑시 변형이 방지된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 용기의 내용물 배출방향에 적용되는 이종물질 수용장치는, 본체를 중심으로 저장공간의 하방에 개폐공이 있는 수용부가 조립되고, 상기한 본체의 상부 구부를 중심으로는 상하 작동형 작동부를 조립하여 저장공간의 개폐공을 기밀시키며,
    상기한 형태의 이종물질 수용장치의 내부 저장공간에 이종물질이 내입된 상태 또는 이종물질이 내입되기 전에, 본체 또는 수용부의 저부를 중심으로 그 형상을 유지시키는 지지대가 위치된 상태에서 구부를 중심으로 배출대가 위치되어 결합이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로한 이종물질 수용장치의 내용물 내입 방법.
