Abstract

A power control device for an image display device is provided to minimize an operation error of a PDP module by stabilizing an operation sequence inside the PDP module. A main controller(800) outputs a control signal according to a user request. A power supply(100) supplies an AC voltage. A PFC(Power Factor Correction) block(400) receives the AC voltage from the power supply and generates a predetermined constant voltage.
