Description
Claims (4)
- 소정의 광세기(intensity)를 가지는 광을 방출하는 광원;상기 광원으로부터 방출된 광을 전송하여 일정한 각도로 방사시키는 제1도파관;상기 제1도파관에서 방사되는 광을 외부에서 가해지는 소리신호의 압력에 따라 변형되는 판에 의해 반사시켜서, 상기 소리신호의 압력에 따라 반사의 경로가 바뀌도록 하는 진동판;상기 진동판에서 반사된 광을 수집하여 전송하는 제2도파관; 및상기 제2도파관에 의해 전송된 광을 전기신호로 변화시켜서 상기 소리신호의 압력에 따른 광세기 변화를 전기신호로 검출하는 수광소자;를 포함하는 것으로,상기 제1도파관과 제2도파관의 상단면이 상기 진동판의 하부면에 대해서 일정한 각도로 경사가공 되어 있고,상기 제1도파관과 제2도파관의 중심축은 상기 진동판의 하부면에 대해서 일정한 각도로 기울어져 있으며,상기 상단면이 상기 하부면에 수직한 방향을 중심으로 선대칭되어 있는 상태로부터, 상기 제1도파관과 제2도파관 중 어느 하나의 도파관이 상기 도파관의 중심축을 기준으로 45°내지 315°의 범위 내에서 회전되어 있는 상태를 가지는 광마이크로폰.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 어느 하나의 도파관이 회전되어, 상기 회전되는 도파관의 상단면 둘레에 있는 최상위점과 최하위점 사이에 있는 소정의 점이 상기 수직한 방향 위에 있는 소정의 지점에 가장 근접한 위치를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광마이크로폰.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 어느 하나의 도파관이 180°로 회전되어, 상기 제1도파관과 제2도파관의 상단면은 상기 진동판의 하부면에 수직한 방향 위에 있는 어느 한 지점을 중심으로 회전대칭되는 상태를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광마이크로폰.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전되어 있는 상태로 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광마이크로폰.
