The filter units, which are installed at the suction pipe, discharge clean air by absorbing the dust. A branch pipes are contacted to two ends of the filter units to have the same number of the filter units, and each of the branch pipes is connected to the suction pipe. The grinding brush consists of a disc where a sandpaper bundle loads plural sandpapers to form a discharging space part.
