A snack packing bag with a unit for forming an opening hole on front or rear side is provided to prevent a content from flowing out of the bag body so as to maintain the surroundings in a clean state, and to form the opening hole in various shapes, like circle, oval, tetragon, heart or star, etc. A snack packing bag with a unit for forming an opening hole on front side includes: outside and inside tapes(31,32), adhered to the back surface of the front side of the bag body so as to form a clearance(41) with a determined interval; an opening unit, made out of an opening tag(50) which is attached to a point in an upper side of the inside tape in a fixed manner so as to cut the clearance through a punching; and a sticker(60), attached to the opening tag temporarily so as to protect the latter.
