Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a multi-layer heat insulating material, and more specifically, by using a hot melt adhesive that is a thermoplastic resin that does not use a volatile organic solvent at all, using an adhesive included in an existing organic solvent, or using a gas flame It is a manufacturing method proposed to prevent industrial accidents such as inhalation of toxic substances, odors, smoke and fires, which are known to be disadvantages in the method of bonding and to make a pleasant environment.
Insulating materials are products manufactured by using single or plural materials for insulation and condensation prevention of the inner wall of a building. In recent years, its use has been expanded due to the improvement of functions and the expansion of the insulation concept. It is a trend that is widely used as insulation of buildings.
In recent years, heat reflection insulation has been used in places where the outer wall of a building is made of stone.
Nonwoven fabrics that are woven without using a loom include needle punches using needles, and embossed nonwovens using patterns. Spunbonded non woven fabrics, which are classified by production, are used. Due to the nature, only polyester, which is a raw material, is continuously added and laminated. Because of its high tensile strength and elongation, it is used for stability and reinforcement of soft ground in general construction and civil engineering. In addition, aluminum foil is light and ductile, has excellent heat transfer power, heat reflectivity and surface bendability, and has a large number of air layers, such as polyethylene foam and polyethylene bubble air cap sheet. A sheet and a pearl film having a thermal barrier property are bonded to each other using a hot melt adhesive to form a roll-type multilayer insulation.
Such multi-layered insulation is used in a variety of construction sites, such as new construction, remodeling apartments, villas, malls that require insulation, condensation prevention, sound insulation.
Referring to FIG. 1 as a method of manufacturing an existing heat insulating material, an adhesive 14 containing a volatile organic solvent is applied to a surface to be bonded by a
The adhesive used in this embodiment contains highly volatile organic solvents for easy toxicity, so the surrounding environment is very harmful due to the generation of toxic volatile solvents and residual organic solvents.
In more detail, 55% to 65% of the volatile organic solvent is volatilized and sticky adhesive is left when passing through the dry zone (15) in the process of applying the organic solvent adhesive to the heat insulating material wound in a roll state It is bonded with other insulation materials.
In this case, the adhesive generally has a residual oil solid component of 35% to 45%, and the remaining 55% to 65% are composed of volatile organic compounds which are very harmful to the human body.
In general dry zones, ventilation and exhaust facilities are provided, but both sides of the work process are open, so a large amount of volatile organic compounds are discharged through them, and under these working conditions, the worker inhales some of them, and minute electric sparks such as static electricity It may also cause fire.
In addition, even in the finished product, a large amount of organic compounds remain, causing damage to the human body and the surrounding environment after construction.
As shown in FIG. 2, the
Therefore, the present invention was invented to improve the problems caused by the above-described conventional volatile organic adhesive and gas flame bonding method by using a hot melt adhesive which is a thermoplastic resin without an organic solvent. Its purpose is to provide a manufacturing method and an apparatus thereof.
As a means for solving the above object, the present invention provides a method and apparatus for producing a multilayer insulation using the hot melt adhesive of the present invention.
First, the hot melt adhesive applied to the present invention is a petrochemical extract as a main component of a thermoplastic resin, which is an intact solid substance at room temperature. It refers to a material that is characterized by the fact that the process is simple and has no odor, and the hot melt adhesive is a variety of types depending on the use.
Since the hot melt adhesive is solid at room temperature, when it is put into a hot melt tank (7) in which an electric heater is embedded, it turns into a liquid and improves fluidity. Therefore, the use of this hot melt adhesive minimizes the risk of fire and reduces the damage to the workplace or workers. Use hot melt adhesives.
As described above, according to the present invention, a method of manufacturing a multilayer insulation using a hot melt adhesive removes risk factors such as various industrial accidents that have been exposed to workers and workplaces due to the use of adhesives containing volatile organic solvents.
As a result, there is no harmful factor even after the insulation is constructed, so that it is used as a safe indoor and outdoor insulation.
In addition, by eliminating the dry zone, which occupies most of the existing machinery area, and the thermal insulation facility that is cured for a certain period of time to maintain adhesiveness after adhesion, various insulation materials are composed of multiple layers by minimizing the area, concise work, and fast process.
..
In order to achieve the above object, a method of manufacturing a multilayer insulating material using the hot melt adhesive of the present invention and a device thereof include a needle punch nonwoven fabric 9, an embossed nonwoven fabric 10, and an aluminum foil 11 in a roll form. Is applied to the surface of the long rod-shaped hot melt gun 6 by driving the
More specifically, the needle punch nonwoven fabric 9 and the emboss nonwoven fabric 10 of each roll type mounted on the pre-roll 5 are released by driving the
Under these conditions, in order to secure the amount and area of the adhesive application desired by the present invention to the nonwoven fabric passing through the surface of the hot melt gun, the touch roll 4, which is easy to move left and right, is approached at an angle of 40 degrees to 50 degrees to provide a surface of the hot melt gun. The angle is secured to ensure sufficient application of the eluted adhesive.
On the other hand, the aluminum foil 11 mounted in the roll form on the pre-roll 5 also proceeds in the direction of the
As a result of the present invention, the method of manufacturing insulation using the hot melt adhesive can reduce the use of harmful adhesives used in the building interior materials market. It is possible to manufacture a variety of functional products through the safe bonding method of different materials in multiple layers, suggesting a method of manufacturing medical supplies in this way, air is permeated to prevent bedsores for long-term adult sick, Functional materials that are not permeable can be configured in multiple layers.
