실험결과Experiment result

본 발명의 실시예 1,2,3,4와 비교예1의 천연 항균성 도료를 종이벽 소재의 그라비아 벽지 시편에 도포하였다. 벽지 시편은 50㎝×50㎝ 크기로 절단하고, 건조 도막 두께가 약 30㎛ 되도록 롤러나 붓으로 시편 위에 도장하여 24시간 건조시킨다. 건조된 도막의 성능을 KS M 5000의 시험방법에 준하여 작업성, 건조도막의 상태, 외관, 은폐력, 내수성, 저장안정성을 평가하고, 접착력, 유연성, 쵸킹성, 도막강도를 상대 평가하였다. 시험결과는 아래의 표2에 나타내었으며, 특성결과가 우수한 경우는 ◎, 양호한 경우는 ○, 보통의 경우는 △으로 표시하였다.The natural antimicrobial paints of Examples 1, 2, 3, and 4 and Comparative Example 1 were applied to the gravure wallpaper specimens of the paper wall material.
