Abstract

A top loading drum type washing machine is provided to reduce manufacturing costs and to reduce vibration of a drum when rotating the drum, by fixing a damper member using a motor assembly and a bracket member. A top loading drum type washing machine comprises a body(10), a drum(20), a tub(30), a motor assembly(30), and a damper member(40). The drum is rotatably mounted in the body, wherein an opening unit is formed at a side part. The tub is surrounding an outer part of the drum and storing water.
