Among the computer applications were a number of educational CD-Titles. As the Internet became popular, educational CD-Titles needed to change. In order to implement the present invention, the content e-commerce system includes a content producer producing and selling content, a program producer selling an application module suitable for the content, and a content purchaser using the content e-commerce browser provided by the present invention. The program can be purchased, executed in a content e-commerce browser, and used to create a separate list. Recently, world-class mp3 player companies such as iPods in the US provide a program to purchase and play music files (wma, mp3) in a single program, and to manage and manage music files and catalogs. This is useful for fixed form content such as music, such as MP3s, but not for educational or hobby entertainment. The present invention provides an integrated content e-commerce that can be suitably applied to any content. In addition, the present invention solves the problem that the content producer and the application developer who can operate the content could not participate in the content e-commerce.
1. An e-commerce system that allows multiple content producers, application creators, and content buyers to trade. Content producers publish their content as multimedia files (mp3, text, video files, etc.) on Internet servers. If you provide an article that introduces the content and sales criteria (sales policy), the application creator creates an application that can effectively use the content, and provides the usage information and sales criteria (sales policy). The system implements a method of introducing a content and related application information to a user (buyer) to purchase.
2. Server synchronization technology that enables content buyers to use the content in the same environment no matter what computer they use, if they only have an Internet connection.
The operating scenario of the present invention is as follows. (See Figure 1)
The detailed implementation is as follows. First, the application provider and the content provider of (60) and (70) of Fig. 1 register the product to be sold to the content e-commerce server (No. 30 of Fig. 1). At this time, it provides not only the product to be sold, but also the period of sale, price, condition, information of the product to be sold, application method, and curriculum and case of education product. The e-commerce server (30 in Fig. 1) is stored in Databases 40 and 50.
Second, content buyers search, purchase, and use the content e-commerce integrated browser (20 in Fig. 1). In the basic user interface (Fig. 4), the content shopping mall can be viewed. When the desired data is searched, the information of the corresponding content and a list of applications that can be applied are shown. First, the following scenario can be expected. If the publisher, A, is selling an mp3 containing conversations as an appendix to an English conversation book, a software company, B, can use the company's mp3 to sell an application module for interpreting, dictation, and so on. Customers can purchase A and B contents and program modules and execute them in the content e-commerce integrated browser, and have the same effect as purchasing an educational CD-Title. Moreover, if another application seller besides company B supports company A's content, the buyer will be able to learn more. Referring to FIG. 2, the buyer selects a purchase by searching for the desired content in the content shopping mall 22 in the integrated content commerce browser. When the purchase information is encrypted (29) and transmitted to the server (30), it is sold with reference to customer information, money (cache) information, and purchase details of the DB. At this time, the selling policy such as price is applied to the method registered by the seller. When the content and applications are downloaded to the buyer's computer via the buyer's content e-commerce browser over the network, the buyer executes the content. If the purchaser purchases only the content, it is played using only the basic media player 29. However, if there is more than one application, the buyer uses the content 27 purchased through the application 28. If there is streaming content among the purchased contents, it is connected to the server and used. The purchase content and program manager 25 acts as a controller when the application 28 is running. It includes the functions of a script engine (e.g., a JavaScript), so that media and application modules can be stored on a single CD. makes it behave like -title The content e-commerce server of FIG. 3 serves as a general server which transmits desired information and data. Importantly, DB 50 of FIG. 3 has customer content information. This synchronizes the information of the content manager of the computer used by the customer (buyer). The same content can be managed from anywhere using a different computer, and the same content can be downloaded from the content e-commerce server.
1. It is possible to construct a content e-commerce system that allows multiple content producers, application producers, and content buyers to trade.
2. Content buyers will be able to integrate and manage the purchased content and applications as well as to purchase content only with the integrated content e-commerce client program. It can replace the existing CD-Titled.
3. The content purchaser can store the purchase information and the content composition information in the personal computer on the server so that the content can be used in the same environment even when using another computer.
