목어석를 포함하는 복합체를 함유하는 화장료의 혈액순환 촉진효과를 확인하고자 상기한 방법에 따라 제조된 목어석-탈크 복합분체를 파운데이션에 적용하였다. 시험자 20명을 대상으로 3주간 상기 화장료를 사용하게 하였으며 대조군(vehicle)으로 목어석 비함유 화장료로 하여 실험을 진행하였으며, IR 카메라로 피부온도 변화를 측정하고 LDI로 피부 혈류량을 측정하였다. 그 결과, 도 4 및 도 5에 나타난 바와 같이 1,2,3주차 피부온도 변화를 분석한 결과 본 발명의 목어석을 포함하는 복합분체를 함유하는 화장료를 사용하기 전에 비하여 얼굴 전체의 피부 온도가 상승하였으며, 특히 뺨 부위의 피부온도가 크게 상승하였음을 확인하였고, 이러한 IR 카메라 분석결과를 도 5에 나타내었다. 이를 통해 목어석을 포함하는 복합분체를 함유하는 화장료를 사용한 결과 전체적으로 피부온도가 상승한 것을 확인할 수 있었다(도 4 참조).
