본 발명은 가압방식으로 이종물질을 혼합하는 것에 관한 것이고,종래의 것으로는 미국특허3,290,017호2,176,923호,3,625,349호,2,899,318호 등이 있다.
(3)발명의 구성
가압이 가능한 용기에 장착되는 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치는 용기를 가압할시 그 압력에 의해 배출장치의 밀폐부가 개방되고, 동시 저장공간에 든 내용물이 용기 내부로 낙하 혼합되도록 구성한 것이다.

배출장치를 터치하지 않고도 용기를 가압하는 것으로 배출장치의 내용물을 용기내의 내용물과 혼합할 수 있는 장점과, 그리고 용기를 일정 힘 이상으로 가압 할 때만 개폐공이 열리게 하면 어린아이들이 이종물질을 혼합시킬 수 없어 이종물질이 수용된 배출장치를 안전하게 보관시킬 수 있는 장점이 있는 것이다.

본 발명은 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치에 관한 것이고, 종래의 것으로는 미국특허3,290,017호2,176,923호,3,625,349호,2,899,318호,3,293,048호 등이 있다.
상기한 종래의 미국특허3,290,017호2,176,923호,3,625,349호,2,899,318호,3,293,048호 등은 용기의 본체를 가압하여 분리막을 제거하거나 또는 이종물질이 든 별도의 포장을 파괴하여 이종물질을 혼합시켰다.
그러나 상기한 기술은 일반적인 용기에 적용하기엔 많은 어려움이 있고, 특히 패트 병 등 플라스틱 용기에는 적용하기 힘든 폐단이 있었다.
그리고 용기를 흔들어 기체압력이 발생할 때 그 기체압력으로 이종물질이 수용된 배출장치를 개방시킬 수 있으나, 그럴 경우 상당한 압력을 요하고, 또한 배출장치를 개방할 때 기체압력에 의해 용기내의 내용물이 기체와 함께 밖으로 넘쳐흐를 수 있는 단점이 있어 사실상 불가능하다.
또한 유통중에 기체압력이 상승할 수 있어 이 또한 실현 불가능하다.
본 발명은 상기한 단점을 해결하기 위하여 안출한 것으로서, 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치는 일정 압력에서만 개방되도록 설계되고, 상기한 배출장치를 용기에 결합한 후, 사용시 용기를 일정 힘 이상으로 가압하게 되면, 내부의 공기압 또는 수압이 발생하며, 그 압력은 배출장치의 개폐공을 막고 있는 밀폐부에 전달됨과, 동시에 밀폐부는 압력을 견디지 못하고 열리면서 저장공간의 내용물이 용기 내부의 용기공간부로 낙하 혼합되도록 구성하여 상기한 목적을 달성하고자 한다.
그리고 상기한 밀폐부는 일반적으로 용기를 가압하는 힘으로는 열리지 못하도록 하여 안전성을 확보하고, 또한 배출장치를 개방하는 것으로는 저장공간에 든 내용물이 혼합되지 않기 때문에 정박아나 어린아이들은 사용할 수 없는 안전성도 있는 것이다.
이하, 본 발명을 첨부한 도면에 의거 상술하면 다음과 같다.
이종물질을 수용한 배출장치(1)는 용기(100)에 결합되는 본체(10)와, 상기 본체(10)의 내부로 조립되는 수용부(20)로 구성된다.
그리고 상기 본체(10)는 상면부(11)와 측면부(12)로 구성되고, 내부로는 나사산(13)이 형성되며, 그 나사산(13)의 상부 내벽부는 밀폐용 패킹을 넣을 수 있도록 일정 유격이 형성되어 있다.
또한 상기한 형태의 본체(10) 나사산(13)에 걸치는 형태로 조립되는 수용부(20)는, 내부에 저장공간(21)이 있고 저부는 개폐공(22)이 형성되어 있으며, 상기한 개폐공(22)을 개폐공밀폐부(23)을 밀폐시키고 있다.
그리고 상기한 수용부(20)의 저부는 얇은 박판으로 처리되고, 그 박판이 압력에 파괴되도록 절취선 등이 구획되는 것도 가능하다.
또한 상기한 수용부(20)의 저장공간(21)에는 내용물이 내입되고 상부는 상부밀폐부(24)에 의해서 기밀 되어 지며, 상기한 상부밀폐부(24)는 베리어성 소재로 이루어지는 것이 좋다.
바람직하게는, 필름으로 이루어지는 것이 좋고, 필름 중에서도 알루미늄 박판에 일반 합성수지 필름이 접착된 필름이 좋다.
다르게는 투명성이면서 베리어성이 있는 패트 소재의 것도 무방하다.
그리고 개폐공(22)은 저장공간(21)의 내용물이 낙하되는 데에 지장이 없을 정도이고, 또한 용기(100)에 압력을 가했을 때 그 압력에 의해 개폐공(22)을 막고 있는 개폐공밀폐부(23)를 밀어 낼 수 있는 정도면 된다.
그리고 개폐공밀폐부(23)는 일반 연질 수지로 제작할 경우, 공간이 비게 하여 탄력성이 있게 하면 더욱 좋은 것이고, 상기한 개폐공밀폐부(23)는 용기(100)의 용기공간부(101)로는 낙하되지 않도록 설계를 요한다.
그리고 상기한 개폐공밀폐부(23)는 개방된 후 저장공간(21)의 내용물에 의해 부력성이 발생하는 소재의 것이 좋고, 그 소재가 무거워 부력 발생이 없을 지라도 개폐공밀폐부(23)의 형태가 개폐공(22)을 막아 저장공간(21)의 내용물이 낙하되는 것을 막지 않도록 재밀폐방지부(25)를 형성하는 것이 좋다.
이상과 같은 배출장치(1)는 내용물이 든 용기(100)에 결합되며, 사용시는 용기(100)를 가압하게 되면 용기내의 압력이 개폐공밀폐부(23)를 밀어 개폐공(22)을 개방하며, 이와 동시 저장공간(21)의 내용물은 용기공간부(101)로 낙하 희석되게 되는데, 최종적으로는 저장공간(21)의 내용물은 용기공간부(101)로 완전 낙하 혼합되게 된다.
상기한 상태에서 용기(100)를 흔들게 되면 보다 더 내용물이 혼합이 잘되며, 상기한 상태에서 배출장치(1)를 개방하게 일반적인 용기 뚜껑이 개방되듯 수용부(20)와 함께 용기(100)로부터 제거 되게 되고, 음용시는 용기(100)의 구부에 입을 대고 혼합된 내용물을 음용하는 것이다.
즉, 수용부(20)의 걸림부(26)가 본체(10)의 나사산(13)에 의해 저항을 받아 본체(10)와 함께 수용부(20)가 제거되는 것이다.
그리고 용기(100)의 용기공간부(101)에 든 내용물의 수위는 선택적이며, 일예로 용기공간부(101)의 수위를 높게 하는 일 방법으로는 용기를 감압하여 수위를 높게 하고,배출장치(1)를 결합하며, 그리고 저장공간(21)에는 일반적인 내용물 외에 농축액 또는 분말이나 과립, 또는 정제, 또는 수용성 분말인 정제 또는 과립 등이 내입될 수 있는 것이다.
또한 용기(100)의 용기공간부(101)의 내용물에 적응할 수 있도록 수용부(20) 및 개폐공밀폐부(23)를 내열성 수지로 제작하는 것도 가능하다.
그리고 배출장치(1)는 스크류방식이나 원터치방식등으로 용기에 결하되고, 또는 접착이나 기타 결합방식으로 결합이 가능하다.
일예로 배출장치(1)는 연포장 용기에 결합이 가능하도록 접착부를 형성할 수 있다.
다른 실시예로서, 도 2 는 링 형태의 개폐공밀폐부(23)가 그 대응되는 개폐공(22)에 조립되도록 변형의 예를 보이고 있는 것이다.
여기서 링 형태의 개폐공밀폐부(23)라 함은 원형에 국한 되지 않고 밀폐를 위한 기술적 용어이기 때문에 삼각이나 사각 등 다각과 타원형 등 다양한 변형이 가능하고, 개폐공(22)은 그에 대응 될 것이다.
또 다른 실시예로서(도 3), 개폐공(22)에 박판의 개폐공밀폐부(23)가 접착되고, 상기한 개폐공밀폐부(23)를 압력에 의해 용이하게 파괴할 수 있는 형의 천공핀(27)을 그 상부에 형성한 것이다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 사용시는 용기(100)를 가압하면 압력에 의해 개폐공밀 폐부(23)가 상향되고, 이런 과정에 개폐공밀폐부(23)가 천공핀(27)에 의해 파괴되도록 구성된 것이다.
또 다른 실시예로서(도 4), 개폐공(22)에 박판의 개폐공밀폐부(23)를 접착한 상태를 보이며, 상기한 개폐공밀폐부(23)가 압력에 잘 파괴되는 것을 돕는 밀폐부제거보조부(28)을 형성한 것이다.
사용시는, 용기(100)에 압력을 가하면 압력에 의해 개폐공밀폐부(23)가 파괴되는 과정에 밀폐부제거보조부(28)를 함께 들어 올리는 바, 저장공간(21)의 내용물이 개폐공(22)을 통해 낙하 되는 것이 수월한 장점이 있다.
또 다른 실시예로서(도 5), 개폐공밀폐부(23)는 다양하게 변형될 수 있음을 예시한 참고도이다.
참고적으로,
본 발명의 배출장치(1)는, 먼저 수용부(20)에 개폐공밀폐부(23)를 구성하고, 세척 또는 멸균이나 살균처리한 후 저장공간(21)에 내용물을 넣는다.
상기한 과정을 거친 수용부(20)의 상방에는 일련의 기계장치를 통해 공급되는 상부밀폐부(24)로서 기밀처리한 것이다.
일예로 개폐공밀폐부(23)가 필름 소재일 경우, 롤 형태의 필름을 연속 과정으로 개폐공(22)을 막고, 저장공간(21)에 내용물을 넣은 후 연이은 공정에서 롤 형태의 필름을 잡아 당겨 상부밀폐부(24)를 형성하는 것이다.
배출장치를 터치하지 않고도 용기를 가압하는 것으로 배출장치의 내용물을 용기내의 내용물과 혼합할 수 있는 장점과, 그리고 용기를 일정 힘 이상으로 가압 할 때만 개폐공이 열리게 하면 어린아이들이 이종물질을 혼합시킬 수 없어 이종물질이 수용된 배출장치를 안전하게 보관시킬 수 있는 장점이 있는 것이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치는, 용기에 결합되는 본체와 그 본체의 내부로 조립되는 수용부로 구성되며,
    상기한 본체는 상면부와 측면부로 구성되고, 내부에 일정 유격이 있어 수용부를 끼울 수 있는 형의 나사산이 형성되고,
    상기한 수용부는 내부에 저장공간을 갖고 저부는 저장공간의 내용물을 개방할 수 있는 개폐공이 형성되며, 상기한 개폐공은 개폐공밀폐부에 의해 막혀져 있는 것이며,
    상기한 수용부의 저장공간에 내용물을 넣고 상부를 상부밀페부로 막은 후, 상기한 수용부를 본체에 결합한 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 배출장치는 가압이 가능한 용기에 결합되며,상기한 형태의 배출장치의 사용 시는 용기를 가압하게 되면 압력에 의해 개폐공밀폐부가 상부로 개방되면서 저장공간에 든 내용물이 용기의 내부로 낙하 혼합되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 배출장치는 수용부의 저장공간에 내용물을 넣고 상부를 밀폐시킨 후, 상기한 수용부 걸림부가 본체의 나사산 상부 공간에 위치되어 결합되도록 한 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 개폐공밀폐부는 개방된 후 개폐공을 막지 않도록 개폐공 상부에 제밀폐방지부가 형성된 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 개폐공밀폐부는 링 형태의 것이고, 그 대응부인 개폐공도 링 형태의 개폐공밀폐부를 수용하여 기밀이 유지되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 개폐공에는 박판형의 개폐공밀폐부를 구성하고, 압력을 가하면 일정 이상의 힘에서 파괴되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 개폐공밀폐부가 압력에 의해서 파괴되는 것을 돕는 천공핀을 그 상부에 구성한 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 개폐공밀폐부는 일정 압력에 의해서 열리거나 파괴되도록 구성된 것임을 특징으로한 일종물질을 수용한 배출장치.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수용부 및 개폐공밀폐부는 내열성 수지 또는 내열성 소재의 필름인 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수용부의 개폐공과 상부는 베리어성 필름에 의해 기밀된 것임을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치.
  11. 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치는 본체와 수용부로 구성됨에 있어,
    상기한 본체는 용기의 내용물 배출방향에 결합되거나, 접착되도록 구성되며, 그리고 내부에 나사산을 갖고, 상기 나사산의 상부 내벽부는 약간의 공간이 있어 수용부의 걸림부를 수용하게 구성되며,
    상기 수용부는 내용물을 담는 공간이 구성되고, 저부는 압력에 의해 개방되어 저장공간의 내용물이 낙하 되도록 구성되며, 상부는 저장공간의 내용물을 기밀시키는 상부밀폐부가 형성된 것임을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치.
  12. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 배출장치는 일정 내용물이 담긴 용기에 결합되고, 사용 시 용기를 가압하게 되면 용기에 압력이 발생하여 수용부의 저부 개폐공밀폐부를 열어, 저장공간의 내용물을 용기내의 공간으로 낙하 혼합되도록 구성한 것임을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치.
