Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 수소와 공기의 전기화학적 반응으로 전기를 생성하는 스택유닛;상기 스택유닛에 수소를 공급하는 연료공급유닛;상기 스택유닛에 공기를 공급하는 공기공급유닛; 및상기 연료공급유닛에서 발생 된 폐가스가 배출되는 폐가스라인이 안쪽에 배치되며, 상기 연료공급유닛으로부터 공급된 수소가 상기 스택유닛으로 유입되기 위한 연료공급라인이 다음으로 배치되며, 상기 공기공급유닛으로부터 공급된 공기가 상기 스택유닛으로 유입되기 위한 공기공급라인이 그 다음으로 배치되도록 상기 폐가스라인과 상기 연료공급라인과 상기 공기공급라인이 일체로 모듈화된 모듈유닛;을 포함하는 연료전지시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 모듈유닛은,상기 폐가스라인의 하측에 상기 연료공급라인이 배치되고, 상기 연료공급라인의 하측에 상기 공기공급라인이 배치된 연료전지시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서 상기 모듈유닛은,상기 폐가스라인이 중심에 배치되고, 상기 폐가스라인의 둘레에 상기 연료공급라인이 배치되고, 상기 연료공급라인의 둘레에 상기 공기공급라인이 배치된 연료전지시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 모듈유닛은,상기 폐가스라인에 근접배치되며, 상기 연료공급유닛에서 상기 스택유닛으로 공급되는 수소속에 포함된 수분을 제거하는 제1기액분리유닛;상기 제1기액분리유닛에 근접배치되며, 상기 스택유닛에서 상기 연료공급유닛으로 공급되는 오프개스(off-gas)속에 포함된 수분을 제거하는 제2기액분리유닛;상기 폐가스라인과 상기 제1기액분리유닛사이에 배치된 제1배열회수라인; 및상기 제1기액분리유닛과 상기 제2기액분리유닛사이에 배치된 제2배열회수라인;을 더 포함하는 연료전지시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 모듈유닛은,상기 폐가스라인에 근접배치되며, 상기 스택유닛에서 발생한 열을 교환하기 위한 열교환기;를 더 포함하는 연료전지시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 모듈유닛은,상기 폐가스라인 좌측에 근접배치되며, 상기 연료공급유닛에서 상기 스택유닛으로 공급되는 수소속에 포함된 수분을 제거하는 제1기액분리유닛;상기 제1기액분리유닛 좌측에 근접배치되며, 상기 스택유닛에서 상기 연료공급유닛으로 공급되는 오프개스(off-gas)속에 포함된 수분을 제거하는 제2기액분리유닛;상기 폐가스라인 우측에 근접배치되며, 상기 스택유닛에서 발생한 열을 교환하기 위한 열교환기;상기 폐가스라인과 상기 제1기액분리유닛사이에 배치된 제1배열회수라인; 및상기 제1기액분리유닛과 상기 제2기액분리유닛사이에 배치된 제2배열회수라인;을 더 포함하며,상기 연료공급라인은 상기 폐가스라인 하측에 근접배치되며, 상기 공기공급라인은 상기 연료공급라인 하측에 근접배치된 연료전지시스템.
