Claims (6)
- 발광칩을 포함하는 발광소자로서,상기 발광칩의 가장자리를 둘러싸서 발광칩에서 방출되는 광을 반사시키는 리플렉터를 포함하고, 상기 리플렉터는 한쌍의 단축방향 리플렉터면과 한쌍의 장축방향 리플렉터면을 포함하고, 상기 단축방향 리플렉터면의 높이가 장축방향 리플렉터면보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 발광칩을 봉지하는 몰딩부를 더 포함하고, 상기 몰딩부는 상기 장축방향에 대한 단면이 원호 또는 타원형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 몰딩부는 다층으로 구성된 다중몰딩부인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자.
- 몸체를 형성하는 단계;상기 몸체 상에 발광칩을 실장하는 단계;상기 발광칩을 봉지하는 몰딩부를 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 몰딩부는 아래로 향하게 뒤집힌 상태로 경화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자의 제조방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 몸체는 하우징 또는 기판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자의 제조방법.
- 도광판과,상기 도광판의 측면에 설치되는 다수개의 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 따른 발광소자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
