The present invention relates to a carriage base and a manufacturing method including an elastic body in which a vulcanized rubber body is bonded by a polymer binder, and a carriage provided with a caster in the carriage base. More specifically, the present invention includes an elastic body using a vulcanized rubber body, which is a waste rubber crushed product obtained by crushing waste tires and the like, and is excellent in impact resistance, cushioning property, strength and designability, and the load is hard to be damaged and slippery. The carriage base and its manufacturing method, and the carriage provided with the caster in the carriage base.
또한, 폐플라스틱을 처리 및 가공하여 캐리지용 기대에 이용한 캐리지도 알려져 있다(예를 들어, 일본 특허 공개 제2005-47323호 공보를 참조).Conventional carriages are provided with wheels on plate-shaped carriage bases such as metals and resins, and uneven surfaces and elastic bodies are provided on the surface of the carriage bases so that the load cannot slip off from the carriage bases. For example, see Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-138923 and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-327125. Carriage is also known, in which waste plastics are treated and processed and used as carriage bases (see, for example, Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2005-47323).
However, since the material of the conventional carriage base material consists of metal, resin, etc., it was lacking in elasticity.
If the elasticity is insufficient, there is a problem that the load is slippery, weak against impact, and poor cushioning. On the other hand, a material having a high elasticity is likely to be deformed when the weight of the load is large, so the strength needs to be increased.
In addition, the carriage did not have a good aesthetic as the functional aspect of carrying the load was emphasized.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and includes an elastic body in which a vulcanized rubber body is bonded by a polymer binder, and has excellent impact resistance, cushioning property, strength and designability, and expects a carriage for a load that is hard to be damaged and hard to slip. Said "vulcanized rubber body" can be made into arbitrary shapes, such as a chip shape, an elongate rod shape, the shape of a fin provided with a branch, and a powder shape. As the material of the vulcanized rubber body, any rubber exemplified in natural rubber, isoprene rubber, butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber, ethylene / propylene rubber, nitrile rubber, butyl rubber, styrene / butadiene rubber, or the like and combinations thereof can be used. Moreover, waste rubber, such as rubber packing used for waste tires, window frames, doors, etc., dustproof rubber, and the end member which arises at the time of rubber product manufacture, can also be used. This waste rubber may contain impurities other than the vulcanized rubber body.
In addition, irrespective of the kind of used waste tires, for example, tires for passenger cars (PC tires), tires for small trucks (LT tires), tires for trucks and buses (TB tires) and tires for motorcycles (MC tires) ) At least one of them can be used. Moreover, wheel tires, such as a carriage caster, the end material at the time of manufacture, etc. can also be used. Since the waste rubbers obtained from the tread portion of truck tires (TB tires) do not contain wires or fibers, or because there are few, there are no holes formed due to their fall out, or a small amount of vulcanized rubber bodies having excellent aesthetics. You can get it.
Said "fragment" means a crushed object, a cutting piece, a pulverized object, a punching board, etc. The shape can be made into arbitrary shapes, such as a chip shape, an elongate rod shape, or the shape of a fin provided with a branch, and a powder shape. In addition, the shape may be arranged in a predetermined shape, for example, the shape may not be neat, such as a crushed product obtained by crushing. Although the size of such a vulcanized rubber body can be selected arbitrarily, For example, the maximum width (maximum length) becomes like this. Preferably it is 0.5 mm-10 mm, Especially preferably, it is 1 mm-5 mm. The vulcanized rubber body may be of uniform size or of nonuniform size. This is because the vulcanized rubber body having such a width is easy to manufacture and does not easily protrude when it is molded to the carriage base.
In addition, when the size of the used waste rubber is larger than the maximum width (maximum length), it can be made finer by any means such as crushing, cutting and punching to have the maximum width (maximum length) or less.
The vulcanized rubber body may be a colored colored rubber chip. The raw material of this colored rubber chip contains the rubber chip, the polyurethane resin, and the coloring material which are the same material as the said vulcanized rubber body at least.
Said "polyurethane resin" is a moisture-curable polyurethane resin in one liquid, preferably used as a binder for adhering a colorant to a rubber chip. Moreover, a polyurethane resin can also select hardening time arbitrarily. Moreover, you may add arbitrary additives for characteristics adjustment, such as hardening time. The polyurethane resin is usually added in an amount of 1 to 20 parts by weight, preferably 1 to 15 parts by weight, and more preferably 1 to 10 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the rubber chip. By using such an amount, the rubber chip can be sufficiently colored. Examples of the additive include a curing accelerator catalyst. An amine salt catalyst etc. are mentioned as said "hardening promotion catalyst." Examples of the amine salt catalyst include triethylenediamine, tetramethylguanidine, and N, N, N ', N'-tetramethylhexane-1, 6-diamine, and the like. In addition, it is preferable that a hardening promoting catalyst is not included. This is because the characteristics may be affected on the polyurethane resin film.
Said "coloring material" can be arbitrarily selected according to the use of a colored rubber chip and a carriage, and a pigment is used normally. The pigment may be either an inorganic pigment or an organic pigment, but an inorganic pigment is usually used. Moreover, you may mix several coloring agents. In addition, the color tone of the coloring agent is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include white, red, brown, yellow, green, blue, purple, and gray. Among them, the L * axis (brightness) in the L * a * b * color system is preferably 60 or more, more preferably 65 or more, and particularly preferably pale color or white of 70 or more.
As this pale color or white, pink, beige, light green, light blue, light purple, light gray, etc. are mentioned. In addition, each color is not limited to these colors, The said brightness which mixed arbitrary colors may be 60 or more colors.
The coloring agent is usually added in an amount of 0.3 to 8 parts by weight, preferably 0.5 to 6 parts by weight, and more preferably 0.7 to 4 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the rubber chip. By using such an amount, the rubber chip can be sufficiently colored.
The colored rubber chip raw material may contain, for example, a diluent and an anti-aging agent for improving weather resistance.
The diluent is used to improve the coloring of the rubber chip by adjusting the viscosity of the colored rubber chip raw material or the like. The diluent is preferable as long as the dilution of the binder is possible, and usually, urethane thinner can be used.
In addition, although the inorganic powder which prevents aggregation of the produced colored rubber chip may be contained in the colored rubber chip raw material, it is more preferable not to include it. This is because aggregation can be prevented sufficiently without adding the inorganic powder. Moreover, there is no change of the film | membrane characteristic of the colored rubber chip by adding an inorganic powder, and an inorganic powder does not remain at the time of incineration. Examples of such inorganic powders include calcium carbonate, talc, silica, clay and kaolin.
The manufacturing method of the said colored rubber chip is not specifically limited. As an example of this manufacturing method, the polyurethane resin which is a binder is hardened to start and gelatinizes, and the stirring mixing process which coats and forms the gel-like film of the polyurethane resin containing a coloring agent on the surface of a rubber chip, and the polyurethane resin which is a binder And a watering step of accelerating the reaction by the water added with the sprinkling water and a hardening step of completing the hardening of the uncured powder of the polyurethane resin as the binder with the watering water in this order.
In addition, a stirring mixing process, a watering process, and a hardening process can be repeated by 1 or more arbitrary times in this order. For example, a color tone of L * axis in the L * a * b * color system of less than 60, preferably less than 55, particularly preferably less than 50 (e.g. red, brown, ocher, green, blue, purple , Gray and black can be exemplified), by repeating each step once or twice, a colored rubber chip of a desired color can be obtained, and the L * axis is 60 or more, preferably 65 or more, particularly preferably In the case of light shades of 70 or more (for example, pink, beige, light green, light blue, light purple, and light gray), each process may be repeated three or more times to obtain a good colored rubber chip having no background color. have.
The ratio of the vulcanized rubber body and the polymer matrix constituting the carriage base may be arbitrarily selected, for example, 95: 5 to 50:50, more preferably 80:20 to 50:50, more preferably in weight ratio. 70:30 to 50:50. Therefore, the polymer binder used when producing the carriage base is used by adjusting the polymer matrix to be an amount in the above range.
The method for forming the base for the carriage in which the vulcanized rubber body is dispersed and bonded in the polymer matrix is not particularly limited. As this shaping | molding method, the method of shape | molding compositions, such as a gel-type material in which the polymer matrix material (polymer binder) melt | dissolved between vulcanized rubber bodies, is shape | molded by the press molding machine can be illustrated. Moreover, as a method of manufacturing this gel-like thing, a vulcanized rubber body and a polymer matrix material (polymer binder) are thrown into the mixing apparatus (mixer) provided with a stirring blade, a stirring blade is rotated, and a vulcanized rubber body and a polymer matrix material ( And a method of heating by heating with the heat generated, and a method of heating a mixture including a vulcanized rubber body and a polymer matrix material (polymer binder) in contact with a heat source. Among these, the method by stirring of the former is preferable. It is because heating by stirring can raise a vulcanized rubber body etc. without a nonuniformity, and can prevent decomposition | disassembly etc. by partial overheating by a temperature rise nonuniformity.
In addition, the installation method of a reinforcement tool is not specifically limited, It is fixed so that it may be clamped between a member etc. and a carriage base, or it is screwed by the
10 and 11, the
In addition, as illustrated in FIGS. 12 to 13, an example in which the
14 and 15, the
As the caster provided on the back side of the carriage base, a caster used for a normal carriage can be used, and the material, structure, number, installation position, installation method, and the like of the carriage are not particularly limited.
Moreover, according to the use of a carriage, a caster can be normally selected suitably. For example, soft wheels are used to load lightweight, vibration-avoiding loads, and hard wheels to load heavy loads.
In the case of selecting various casters, the positions of the holes of the mounting members of the casters may be different, but in such a case, by providing the caster mounting holes at various positions of the carriage bases in advance, various types of carriages can be used as one carriage base. Casters can be installed.
On the other hand, when different types of casters are used for each lot, it is possible to change the position of the caster mounting holes by inserting and detaching a mold for forming the caster mounting holes of the casters provided in the carriage. When manufacturing the base for carriage which differs in the position of a caster installation hole and a position of a caster installation hole, since it can manufacture by replacing an insertion part, work efficiency can be improved.
As shown in Fig. 16, there is also a caster provided through the
That is, when opening the
The manufacturing method of the carriage base II provided with the carriage base provided with the recessed part or the through-hole for arrange | positioning a caster using the said insertion mold is demonstrated.
The carriage base (II) is a composition (same as above) comprising a vulcanized rubber body and a polymer matrix material by using a mold having an insertable mold therein that is capable of forming an uneven shape or a through hole and is removable. It can manufacture by providing the process of supplying and producing the plate-shaped carriage base which has a recess for a caster installation, or a through-hole in the surface (one surface side).
As the above-mentioned "mold having an insertable mold which can form an uneven shape and detachable therein" (hereinafter referred to as "mold M2"), for example, as shown in FIG. In the internal space (cavity) formed by the
The insertion dies 633 and 634 are detachable from the
By supplying the composition containing the vulcanized rubber body and the polymer matrix material to the cavity using the mold M2, a substantially plate-shaped
After the said process, a slip prevention part can be arrange | positioned similarly to the said carriage base I as needed.
The carriage of this invention is a carriage in which the said carriage base and the said caster were provided. The carriage can also be provided with a handle 5 (see Figs. 1, 2 and 17). The handle may be a handle used for a normal carriage, and the material, structure, number, installation method, and the like of the handle are not particularly limited.
(First embodiment)
EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION Hereinafter, the carriage base and carriage of this invention are demonstrated concretely.
The
As shown in Fig. 3, the
The manufacturing method and molding method of this elastic body are shown below. At first, the waste tire was crushed to a size equivalent to 5 mm in diameter. Subsequently, the crushed material of the waste tire and polypropylene as a polymer binder were charged into a mixer having a stirring blade at a polymer weight ratio of 60:40, and stirred. By this stirring, the crushed material of the waste tire and the polymer binder were heated to melt the polymer binder, thereby obtaining an elastic body in a gel state. The gel-like elastic body was molded by a pressure molding machine to produce a carriage base (carriage base).
In addition, the surface of the
As shown in Fig. 1, the carriage 1 includes a
The
Such a carriage is excellent in impact resistance and cushioning because the carriage base (carriage base) is an elastic body in which a vulcanized rubber body is bonded by a polymer binder. In addition, since the load is hardly damaged and non-uniformity with elasticity is produced by the waste rubber crushed material in which the surface of the carriage base is protruded finely, the load is particularly effective in preventing slipping of the load.
(2nd Example)
Hereinafter, the carriage base with an anti-slip part of this invention and the carriage with an anti-slip part are demonstrated concretely.
As shown in Fig. 17, the
The non-slip plate 20 (21, 22) has the arrangement structure shown in Fig. 6, and has a depth H2 (depth from the
Here, for the colored rubber chip, a pulverized product of a waste solid part made of an end material of a wheel for casters having a size of 0.5 mm to 5 mm or the like was used.
In the carriage base, as shown in Fig. 17, the longitudinally long
The backside of the carriage base 6 (FIG. 17) also employs a structure having ribs shown in FIG. 4 similarly to the carriage base 2 (FIG. 1).
The mounting hole provided in the
The

The third embodiment shows another example of the installation structure of the
(Example 4)
The fourth embodiment shows another example of the installation structure of the reinforcement tool of the carriage base. As shown in Figs. 14 and 15, the reinforcing
(Example 5)
The fifth embodiment shows another example of the base surface for the carriage to which the anti-slip is attached. As shown in Fig. 7, one non-slip unit for displaying the
Moreover, the
Here, at the time of manufacture of the base for a carriage, all the convex metal mold | die for forming the recessed part which installs a non-slip | plate for sliding is an insertion type. Therefore, when only a part of these non-slip plates is used, it can be manufactured by inserting through the unused portion a blocked mold which becomes the surface having the same height as the
(Example 6)
On the surface of the
In addition, the
In addition, in this invention, it is not limited to what is shown to the said Example, According to the objective and a use, it can be set as the aspect changed variously within the scope of the present invention. For example, the anti-slip part and the non-slip plate shown in each drawing are not limited to the shape of the letter, but may be in the shape of an arbitrary illustration or shape.
According to the carriage of the present invention, the carriage base for loading the cargo or the like has a polymer matrix and a base for carriage having a vulcanized rubber body dispersed in the polymer matrix, and thus has excellent impact resistance and cushion resistance. In addition, the load is hard to be damaged and slippery.
Therefore, compared with a carriage made of plastic (hereinafter, referred to as a "traditional product") of a conventional carriage, for example, when pressing a carriage on which a load is loaded and passing a stepped road surface, Even when the load falls from the upper portion of the carriage base due to the impact, the load of the load is less likely to fall because the shock is absorbed according to the carriage of the present invention. In addition, in the case of the conventional products, when the uneven surface passes over the asphalt, the vibration is always transmitted to the hand, whereas according to the carriage of the present invention, the carriage base absorbs the vibration, and thus the vibration holds the handle of the carriage. There is a characteristic that is hard to come to. In particular, it is difficult to make noise due to vibration, so that it can be quietly conveyed compared with conventional plastic and metal carriages.
In addition, when the base for the carriage is obtained by stirring the vulcanized rubber body and the polymer matrix material after stirring, the temperature of the vulcanized rubber body and the polymer matrix material as raw materials can be uniformly raised, and thus the raw material with heating Degradation can be suppressed. For this reason, the base for a carriage can be made uniform, and the carriage base can be prevented from weakening partially.
Moreover, when the recessed part is formed in the surface of the carriage base, and the non-slip part couple | bonded with the said recessed part is inserted, the outstanding anti-slip effect can be exhibited.
In addition, when the surface of the anti-slip part is larger in roughness than the surface of the carriage base, the effect of the anti-slip is more excellent.
In addition, if the non-slip part has a shape or a step representing a character, a figure or a symbol, or a combination thereof, the design is excellent and the effect of helping to identify the carriage is also provided.
In addition, when the polymer binder is used as the polymer matrix material in forming the carriage base, the impact resistance and the cushion resistance are excellent.
In addition, when the vulcanized rubber body to be used is waste rubber, the waste rubber can be reused as a raw material for the carriage base, thereby reducing the final waste volume of the waste rubber, which is suitable for environmental protection.
In addition, in the case where the vulcanized rubber body is a fragment, many kinds of rubber products can be reused, which further reduces the final waste volume and is suitable for environmental protection. In addition, since the non-uniformity of elasticity is produced by the waste rubber crushed material which protrudes finely on the surface of the carriage base, it is especially effective as a slip prevention of a load.
When a long plate-shaped rib is provided on the rear surface of the carriage base, the carriage can be excellent in strength and able to withstand a large load.
Moreover, when the reinforcement tool which consists of an elongate member on the back surface of a carriage base is a carriage base provided along the said rib, it becomes more excellent in strength.
In addition, the carriage base in which the rib is made of a reinforcing tool made of a long member on its inner surface is provided with a reinforcing tool at the same time as the forming of the carriage base. Can be. In addition, since the reinforcement is difficult to expose, the appearance is excellent.
In addition, when the reinforcing tool is made of iron, resin, or wood, it is easy to install on the base for the carriage and maintain the strength.
