2.원통 속에 스크류(screw)식 프로펠라(propeller)를 설치하여, 조류의 흐름이 한 방향( [도1] (가))에서 정 반대 방향( [도1] (나))으로 바뀌더라도, 프로펠라(propeller)가 회전방향을 바꾸어가며 계속 회전하게 함으로서 중단 없이 전기가 발생하게 되는 것이다.2.
