Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- i) 에소메프라졸 중성 형태를 톨루엔 중에 용해시키는 단계;ii) 메탄올, 에탄올 및 이소프로필 알콜로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 추가적인 적합한 용매를 첨가하는 단계;iii) 적합한 염기 B의 나트륨염의 약 1 몰 당량을 첨가하는 단계;iv) 에소메프라졸 나트륨염이 결정화되도록 하고, 형성된 염을 단리하는 단계를 본질적으로 포함하는, 에소메프라졸 나트륨염의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, B가 히드록시드인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, B가 수용액으로 첨가되는 제조 방법.
- i) 에소메프라졸 중성 형태를 톨루엔 중에 용해시키는 단계;ii) 메탄올, 에탄올 및 이소프로필 알콜로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 추가적인 적합한 용매를 첨가하는 단계;iii) 적합한 염기 B의 나트륨염의 약 1 몰 당량을 첨가하는 단계;iv) 에소메프라졸 나트륨염이 결정화되도록 하고, 형성된 염을 단리하는 단계를 본질적으로 포함하는 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있는 에소메프라졸 나트륨염.
- 제4항에 있어서, B가 히드록시드인 에소메프라졸 나트륨염.
- 제4항에 있어서, B가 수용액으로 첨가되는 에소메프라졸 나트륨염.
- 15.7, 7.9, 6.1, 5.3, 4.56, 3.59, 3.49, 3.17 Å에서 d-값을 갖는 피크를 갖는 X-선 분말 회절패턴 및/또는 본질적으로 도 1에 정의된 것과 같은 X-선 분말 회절패턴에 의해 특성화되는 에소메프라졸 나트륨염 변형 C.
- 15.5, 11.8, 10.1, 6.4, 6.2, 5.4, 5.2, 4.28, 3.46, 3.40, 3.12 Å에서 d-값을 갖는 피크를 갖는 X-선 분말 회절패턴 및/또는 본질적으로 도 2에 정의된 것과 같은 X-선 분말 회절 패턴에 의해 특성화되는 에소메프라졸 나트륨염 변형 E.
- 22.0, 18.1, 11.1, 6.3, 5.7, 5.3, 4.92, 4.56, 3.73 Å에서 d-값을 갖는 피크를 갖는 X-선 분말 회절패턴 및/또는 본질적으로 도 3에 정의된 것과 같은 X-선 분말 회절 패턴에 의해 특성화되는 에소메프라졸 나트륨염 변형 H.
- 하나 이상의 제약학적으로 허용되는 부형제와 혼합된 제4항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 에소메프라졸 나트륨염을 포함하는 제약학적 제제.
- 제4항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 에소메프라졸 나트륨염의 치료적 유효량을 필요로 하는 환자에게 투여하는 것을 포함하는 치료 방법.
