Claims (1)
- 중심부의 프레임용 플레이트(2)와 이의 상·하면에 취부되는 상·하부 메쉬(3)(4)가 결합된 구조로 형성된 실 몸체(1)에 있어서, 상기 프레임용 플레이트(2)는 코발트(Co)계의 내열 합금강을 평판형상으로 형성하여 이를 정밀절단하되 이의 양측단부에는 타원형으로 절곡된 성형부(2a)를 형성하고, 상기 프레임용 플레이트(2)의 상하면에 장착되는 상·하부 메쉬(3,4)는 텅스턴(W)계의 내열성 합금강판을 사용하여 망(net)형상으로 된 메쉬를 형성한 후 이를 절단하여 상기한 프레임용 플레이트(2)의 상·하면에 상하부 메쉬(3,4)로 적층한 후 일정한 간격으로 다수의 용접부(5)를 형성한 구조의 냉각공기 차폐용 실 몸체(1)를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 가스터빈의 냉각공기 차폐용실.
