Abstract

A volcano eruption model is provided to improve education efficiency by vividly modeling eruption of a volcano by inserting mixed solution into the volcano eruption model. A volcano eruption model includes a volcano cross-section model(2), which is scaled down from a real volcano and made of a synthetic resin. Mixed solution container insertion holes(3,4) are formed at both sides of the volcano eruption model. A solution container(6) and a lava eruption hole(5) are coupled with the insertion holes. A lava guide groove is formed on the surface of the volcano cross-section model, so that the erupted solution is prevented from being ejected to the outside. The volcano cross-section model is held on a holder. A stepped portion(9) prevents the lava-solution from leaking out of the holder.

본 고안은 화산 분출 모형물에 관한 것으로, 초등학교 필수실험에 포함되어 있으나 위험하고 번거로워 기피되고 있는 화산 내부 구조에 대한 이해 및 분출 실험과정을 실감나고 안전하며 편리하게 경험할 수 있도록 제작하여 교육현장에서 활용되도록 하고자 하는 화산 분출 모형물에 관한 것이다. 상기와 같은 점을 감안하여 본 고안에서 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제는 실물을 일정비율로 축소시켜 화산모형을 만든 후에 전면(前面)의 합성수지 재질의 투명판넬(8)을 통해 화산 단면을 정면에서 관찰학습 할 수 있음과 동시에 실험시엔 탄 산수소나트륨과 식초가 반응시 일어나는 화학반응현상을 이용하여 마그마(Magma) 역할을 하는 붉은 액체 혼합액이 올라가는 장면을 볼 수 있도록 투명판넬(8)로 앞면이 밀봉된 합성수지 재질의 화산모형을 만든다. 모형 좌우측 하단부에는 각각 1개의 삽입구를 만들고 좌측 삽입구(3) 에는 탄산수소나트륨과 액체세제, 물, 적색색소를 일정비율로 섞어 만든 혼합액이 들어있는 액체 보관용기(100)를 먼저 삽입한 후 이어서 우측삽입구(4)에는 식초가 담긴 액체 보관용기(100)를 삽입함으로써 화산분출실험이 일어날 수 있도록 하였다.In view of the above, the technical problem to be achieved in the present invention is to reduce the actual ratio to a certain ratio and make a volcano model, and then observe the volcanic cross section from the front through the transparent panel 8 made of synthetic resin material on the front surface.
