Claims (3)
- 유지 및 알코올 촉매존재하에서 반응시켜 바이오디젤유를 제조함에 있어서, 에스테르화 반응에서 생성된 에스테르화 물질을 다시 유지중량에 대해 10~30%를 반송시켜 반응물에 첨가하여 유지와 알코올을 하나의 액상으로 혼합시킴으로써 반응속도를 촉진시켜 에스테르 생산성 및 수율을 향상시키는 것으로부터 에틸렌 60~90중량%와 장쇄의 측쇄 비닐 에스테르 또는 비닐 아세테이트 10~40중량%를 함유하는 공중합체를 바이오디젤유 중량에 대해 10~1,500ppm 포함하는 것을 특징으로 바이오디젤 제조방법.
- a)바이오디젤유;와 b)에틸렌으로부터 유도된 2가 구조 단위 에틸렌 단량체;와 c)또 다른 2가 구조 단위의 에틸렌 단량체;와 d)또 다른 2가 구조의 단량체 5~12몰%;를 함유하고, c)와 d)의 합한 몰량이 12~16몰%;인 에틸렌과 비닐 에스테르와의 하나 이상의 공중합체를 포함하는 바이오디젤유.
- 유지 및 알코올을 반응물로 하는 에스테르 반응기(101)와 미반응된 알코올을 증발시키는 플래시증류기(102)와 에스테르화 유지와 글리세린을 분리하는 정치기(103)와 황산소다와 메탄올 제거가 이루어지는 세척탑(104)과 에스테르화 유지에 포함된 수분을 제거하는 건조탑(105)으로 구성되고 전체공정을 거처 완성된 고순도 바이오디젤은 최종적으로 혼화조(110)에서 에틸렌 60~90중량%와 비닐 에스테르 또 는 비닐 아세테이트 10~40중량%를 함유하는 공중합체인 저온 유동성 향상제를 바이오디젤 중량에 대해 10~1,500ppm 첨가하고, 블로워 압력 0.1∼0.5 kg/㎤ 또는 프로펠러형 교반기의 교반속도 50~100rpm으로 10∼30분 동안 혼합 또는 교반하고, 가변 주파수를 갖는 초음파 변환기(111)를 혼화조(110) 측면에 배치하고, 초음파 공급단계가 600∼1,200w 사이의 변환기 파워에서 28∼40kHz 사이의 주파수를 가진 초음파 에너지를 공급하여 바이오디젤유 액적직경 10~20㎛로 미립화 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온 유동성이 향상된 바이오디젤 제조방법.
