The present invention relates to a slab bottom structure of a multi-storey building, and more particularly, a slab having an improved structure so as to reduce the transmission of a heavy impact sound generated by applying an impact to the slab bottom body to the lower side of the slab bottom body. It relates to the floor structure.
In general, a building forms a floor by building a floor in a horizontal direction between vertically arranged walls, and a beam may be inserted in a horizontal direction between the walls. Generally, the floor mainly uses concrete slabs. The concrete slab floor blocks the air transfer on the slab floor very well, while the solid slab that directly impacts the slab floor does not effectively block the solids transfer which is generated by vibration. There was a problem that vibrations and noises were radiated into the space. Therefore, attempts have been made to block solid delivery, such as stacking buffers on the slab bottoms, to reduce interlayer noise delivered to the lower layer in order to effectively block such noise in the case of the joint building.
Such a conventional slab bottom structure is shown in FIG. 1. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a conventional slab bottom structure. Referring to FIG. 1, the
As the buffer 2, a waste tire pulverized product, a rubber chip, a so-called EVA chip (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Chip), foamed steric foam, so-called EPS (Expended polystyrene) and the like are used. When the floor structure is constructed by stacking the buffers 2, the light impact sound in the high frequency band of the solid transfer sound is reduced to radiate to the lower layer or the adjacent space, compared to the floor structure in which the buffer is not laminated. There was a problem that the impact sound is not substantially improved at all. That is, the floor shock sound is divided into a light impact sound of less than 58 decibels (dB), such as the sound of falling or scratching small objects, and a heavy shock sound of 50 dB or less, such as a running sound of a child, when the shock absorber (2) is laminated Noise reduction was achieved only for.
However, the above-mentioned buffer (2) alone is used because the solid sound generated in the slab floor structure (9) is mostly a heavy impact sound when the children who play, or the adult walks, which are a substantial problem among the noise of the apartment house. The problem is that it cannot substantially shield the noise radiated downstairs. Accordingly, there is a need for a slab floor structure of a building that can create a comfortable living environment by preventing the heavy impact sound from being radiated to the lower floors or adjacent spaces of the common house.
In addition, according to the present invention, it is preferable that the through hole is formed in the vibration reducing material along the width direction thereof.
In addition, according to the present invention, it is preferable that the two through holes are arranged to be spaced apart from each other.
In addition, according to the present invention, it is preferable that a recess formed in the lower surface of the slab bottom body is elongated along the longitudinal direction of the slab bottom body so as to reduce the vibration of the slab bottom body.
In addition, according to the present invention, a plurality of grooves formed on the bottom surface of the slab bottom body are disposed along the width direction of the slab bottom body, and the grooves are preferably triangular in cross section.

In addition, according to the present invention, the foamed concrete layer is laminated on the upper side of the slab bottom, and the buffer layer is interposed between the slab bottom and the foamed concrete layer to mitigate the impact transmitted from the foamed concrete layer downward. desirable.
Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings, a slab bottom structure according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in more detail.
Figure 2 is a schematic perspective view of a slab floor structure according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, Figure 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the slab floor structure shown in Figure 2, Figure 4 is a slab floor structure according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention A schematic perspective view of the main part.
2 to 4, the
The
The
The
The
Between the slab bottom 10 and the ceiling finish (not shown) disposed below the slab bottom 10 is formed about 5 ~ 6cm, so that the
In this embodiment, fiber reinforced plastic is used as the material of the
The foamed
The
The
On the other hand, the
Hereinafter, the operation and effects of the
The sound insulation effect of the
Evaluation of the floor shock sound insulation performance was carried out at five points including the center point of the sound source room based on the drop height and tire air pressure, which is the Bang machine, the standard weight shock source specified in KS F 2810-2. In sound receiving room, it is a omnidirectional microphone at three points including the center point based on the height of 1.2m with space and time for the maximum value of octave band of 62 ~ 500㎐ band of impact sound caused by impact of standard weight impact source.
