However, such a relatively hard wood-based finishing material has a large transmission of life noises on the floor, especially light floor impact noise downstairs, and sound insulation measures are an important subject. ing. In view of this, there has been proposed a material in which a synthetic resin foam or the like is attached to the back surface of a wood-finished material, but it has not yet achieved performance of a sound insulation class L-55 or more, which is a user's required level. It is also considered to use a thick synthetic resin foam that satisfies a predetermined required level of sound insulation. However, in this case, the floor itself becomes soft, and when furniture or the like is placed on the floor, sinking occurs. It has problems such as being large, the foot feeling being too soft and lacking a material feel as wood, and the floor noise being easily generated, and has not been a decisive factor.

The plate-like material 3 has an air passage 3a for letting the air discharged from the buffer 2 escape to the finishing material 4 side, and is made of a wood-based board such as plywood or particle board, or a gypsum board or silica gel. It is formed of an inorganic board such as a plate. The plate-like material 3 has an opening ratio of a vent 3b which serves as an entrance and exit of a vent passage 3a penetrating vertically,
That is, the openings are opened in a regular vertical and horizontal pitch pattern so that the ratio (percentage) of the total opening area of the vent 3b to the total surface area on the upper surface side falls within the range of 2 to 15%. Pitch distance d is 5cm both vertically and horizontally
It is desirable to be within. As a material for forming the plate-like material 3, in addition to the material of this embodiment, for example, a wood wool fiber board, a fiber board obtained by hardening synthetic resin fibers or natural fibers with an adhesive, or the like can be used. Also, the vent 3
The shape of b is not limited to, for example, a perfectly circular shape as shown in FIG. 4, but may be an elliptical shape 3c as shown in FIG. 5, a rectangle, or various other shapes. However, the vent 3b is not a groove extending over both ends of the plate-like material 3. As shown in FIG. 3, the buffer body 2 and the plate-shaped object 3 of this embodiment include a chipping process on the side end surface of the plate-shaped object 3, that is, a chipped male portion 3d on one side. The female part 3e is formed on the other side, and is spliced in both the vertical and horizontal directions and spread on the floor base 1.

The finishing material 4 of this embodiment has a male portion 4b formed at the center of one side end surface and the other side, in order to join the finishing material 4 on the plate 3 in both the vertical and horizontal directions. A female part 4c is formed at the center of the end face. In addition, as shown in FIG. 6, the surface finishing material 9 is stuck on the finishing material 4,
A vibration-damping sound-insulating sheet 11 may be provided between the finishing material 4 and the surface finishing material 9. The finishing layer as shown in FIG. 6 is spread over the plate 3 and attached to the plate 3 with an adhesive or a nail. In addition, no recess is formed on the lower surface of the finishing material 4,
It is formed flat.

The embodiment shown in FIG. 7 uses a non-woven fabric of fibers or a fiber-formed plate made of a material having good air circulation as the cushioning member 2 and is formed in a long plate shape. It is a plate-like material 3 similar to the example, which is arranged in a certain direction while keeping a constant interval and bonded. As shown in FIG. 8, for example, the buffer 2 is formed in a square plate or a rectangular plate, and is arranged at regular intervals in both the vertical and horizontal directions in an island shape and bonded. Is also good.

The embodiment shown in FIG. 9 uses a cushioning member 2 made of rubber or the like and formed in a square rod shape.
On the same plate 3 as in the previous embodiment, they are arranged at regular intervals in both the vertical and horizontal directions and are attached in a net shape. The rubber as the buffer 2 has no air circulation per se, but a gap between the rubbers serves as an air flow passage, and the air in the gap flows to the vent 3a.

The embodiment shown in FIG. 10 shows an example in which the ventilation member 5 is constituted by providing a plurality of plate members 51 on the lower surface of the finishing material 4 at intervals. FIGS. 11 to 13 show various variations of the ventilation member 5 formed as in the embodiment of FIG. 10. The cross-hatched portions in the drawings indicate plate members 51, and a gap is formed between the plate members 51. Then, the finishing material 4 is provided thereon. As in FIG. 10, a plurality of plate members 51 on the lower surface in FIG. 11 are provided on the lower surface of the ventilation member 5 with a gap provided between the plate members 51. 11 to 13 constitute a ventilation member as a whole. Elastic materials such as rubber are preferably used as the plate members 51, but plastic materials may be used.

As described above, according to the present invention, a flat and hard surface is provided on the entire surface of a soft and air-permeable buffer or on a soft buffer divided into a plurality of pieces. A plate-shaped object is provided, and a large number of air passages are formed in the plate-shaped object, which are vertically open and have ventilation holes and penetrate vertically. A ventilation member having a flat surface formed by an air-permeable hard mesh or a plurality of plate members is spread on the object, a finishing material is placed on the lower surface of the ventilation member, and a moisture-proof sheet is attached to the lower surface of the buffer. Since the ventilation member exists between the plate and the finishing material in addition to the cushioning member, when a soft material or an elastic material is used for the ventilation member, even if the cushioning member is thinned, the vibration damping and vibration damping are provided. The effect can be sufficiently exhibited, and the walking feeling is also good. Also,
The process of forming a recess on the lower surface of the finishing material is not required, the strength of the finishing material is improved, and the cost is reduced. In particular, since the ventilation member is formed of a hard mesh or a plurality of plate members, there is no air resistance inside like a material having air flow such as felt, that is, the gap between the plate members is an air flow passage. And the air circulation is improved.
