Abstract

A rigid stepped plate is provided to shorten a recovery time and improve a convenience of an operation by obtaining a large fixing force with a minimum incision. A rigid stepped plate includes a body, a metal screw(11), and a plurality of screw holes. The body is formed to have a step shape by connecting a vertical plane of a plurality of trapezoid plates with a planar plane of a plurality of trapezoid plates. The metal screw(11) is installed on a corner of a horizontal part. The plurality of screw holes are installed on planar plates(13,14) and a vertical plate(12). The metal screw(11) is installed on a corner of the planar plates(13,14) so that a linear line of a length direction of the metal screw(11) is a perpendicular line of the planar plates(13,14). The opposite corner of the part connected with the planar plates(13,14) is formed to have a conical shape. The corner of the plate connected to the metal screw has a curvature.

절골술의 고정 방법으로는 석고 고정 만을 시행하는 방법에서 Coventry staple, angled blade plate, 외고정 장치까지 여러 가지가 있다. 본 발명과 가장 유사한 관련된 특허 등록 10-0155605-0000 에 제안된 발명에서는 뾰족한 긴다리와 짧은 다리를 구비하고 상기 두 다리를 굴곡 연결하는 연결부를 구비한 고정핀과, 상기 긴다리와 짧은 다리를 수용가능하고 나사 고정을 위한 카운터 싱크를 구비하고 중심부에 홈이 두개의 구멍을 구비하여 수술후에도 석고고정이 필요없으며, 수술직후부터 관절운동이 가능하며, 수술 후 약 3주부터는 목발보행이 가능하고, 재활치료를 위한 재입원이 필요하지 않다는 효과가 있는 미니플레이트 스테이플을 제안하고 있으며 본 발명은 퇴행성 관절염 등 기타의 원인에 의한 무릎의 내반변형에 대하여 경골을 절골하여 약간 외반각을 이루도록 교정해 주는 경골 근위부 절골술에 있어 절골부위의 정확한 시술을 도모하고 안전하고 효과적인 고정방법을 통해 수술 후 조기에 무릎의 운동이 가능하고 골 유압을 촉진시키는데 목적이 있다. 이를 실현하기 위해 본 발명은 지지대가 결합된 상 절골인도판과 상하·회전운동으로 절골모양을 설정해 주는 하 절골인도판으로 구성된 경골 절골인도장치를 이용하여 개인적 변이가 많은 경골 모양과 크기에 관계없이 정확한 절골이 될 수 있도록 하고, 절골된 경골의 근위부와 원위부에 특수한 기능의 나사못을 삽입하고, 이 나사못에 케이블과 인장고리를 이용하여 안전하고 효과적인 절골부위의 고정을 이루도록 하고 있다. 그러나 장기간의 고정으로 인한 관절 강직 및 관절 연골의 퇴화와 같은 부작용을 방지하기 위해 견고한 고정을 얻어 조기에 관절 운동을 가능하도록 하는 것이 바람직하지만 기존의 고정물들은 만족스럽지 못하였으며, 그 동안 수많은 내고정 기기가 개발되었던 것은 역설적으로 만족스러운 내고정 기기가 없었다는 반증이기도 하다. 본 발명은 위와 같은 스테이플 기능이 없는 일반 고정 플레이트가 아닌 스테이플 기능을 구비하며 또한 절골부의 고정에 적합한 디자인을 가진 미니플레이트 스테이플에 관한 것으로서, 특히 경골근위부 절골술에 사용하는 것으로서, 종래의 스테이플에 비해 6배 이상의 강력한 고정력을 나타내는 경골근위부 절골술에 사용하는 미니플레이트 스테이플에 관한 것이다.There are various methods of fixation of osteotomy, such as plaster fixation only, coventry staple, angled blade plate, external fixator.
