Description

A composition for a tire protection and a method of thereof}A composition for a tire protection and a method of manufacturing the same

The present invention relates to a composition for a tire protective film and a manufacturing method thereof, and more particularly, to a composition for a tire protective film comprising a water support material, a permeable substance and a solvent, and a method for producing the same.

In general, the surface of the rubber used as a material such as a tire is susceptible to deterioration such as oxidation deterioration, ultraviolet ray deterioration, and the like, and surface wear is likely to occur due to the occurrence of cracks and the like. Particularly, in tires and the like whose outer appearance is made of rubber material, the tire surface is susceptible to deterioration due to the effects of heat generation or stress distortion during frictional running with side walls in heavy snow or narrow roads. In order to prevent this, commercially available tires are prevented from deterioration of the tire surface by incorporating an anti-aging agent for rubber in the rubber material in advance.

However, as described above, the anti-aging agent used for tires is often discolored to brown, and thus, it is not possible to prevent damage to the appearance of the tires, so that a polishing agent is applied to the tires to give gloss to the tire surface.

As the polishing agent for tires described above, silicone oil is blended with a polishing component, and when the polishing agent is attached to the brake pad or the ground of the tire, it causes slippage and contaminants such as dust on the silicone oil. This is easy to attach and has the disadvantage that silicone oil is easy to flow down by water.

In addition, waxes, resins, and carbon blacks are dispersed in water without using silicon, but they cannot be sufficiently suppressed from deterioration of the tire surface due to difficulty in obtaining sufficient continuity of coating.

In order to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, Korean Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2000-34794 discloses a polishing coating composition for a tire consisting of an acrylic acid ether polymer and / or an ester of methacrylic acid polymer and a gas, but its composition ratio is unclear. There have been questions in practice.

The present invention is to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, the object of the present invention is to apply a good gloss by applying to the tire surface, in particular, the tire side can give excellent appearance and protect the tire side from external foreign matters To provide a composition for a tire protective film and a method for manufacturing the same that can improve the side wear performance of the tire.

The inventors of the present invention have completed the present invention by mixing and dissolving this kind of water support material with thinner having high permeability and blendability, and then mixing a solvent for gloss on the surface of the tire.

따라서 본 발명은 상기한 바와 같은 본 발명의 목적을 달성하기 위하여;The present invention thus achieves the object of the present invention as described above;

Provides a composition for the tire protective film consisting of a ratio of 8 to 12kg of thinner and 4 to 8kg of solvent, that is, a thinner: thinner: solvent of 0.5 to 2: 4 to 6: 2 to 4 for 1 to 4 kg of water support fee.

As the water support material, it is preferable to use a urethane resin, preferably a brand name ESTANS Tan 5702 urethane resin. The urethane resin is a powder in a granular form like a fertilizer. If the water support fee is less than 1kg, it becomes too thin. If it is more than 4kg, the dissolution time is too long.

In addition, it is good to use the exciting brand name MEK in the above, when the amount of thinner is less than 8kg, the support fee is not completely dissolved, so when the coating of the present invention on the appearance of the tire later, the difficulty arises, the composition becomes too thin when more than 12kg .

In addition, the solvent used in the above to select the one or more selected from among ananone, toluene, gishiran as used to gloss, the range of the solvent here is the same as the above reason.

The present invention also provides

Mix the water support material and thinner as described above, put it in a container, put it in another container filled with water, heat it to 100 ° C or higher for 1.5 to 3 hours, completely dissolve it, and then mix the solvent at the above ratio. It provides a method for producing a composition for tire protective film.

As can be seen from the above, since the mixture of the resin raw material and the thinner is dangerous when directly exposed to fire, it is preferable to dissolve it by indirect heating.

The heating time here was the time when the mixture was sufficiently dissolved, and the above range was tested as the most preferable.

To make 1 bottle of 18 liters, 10 kg of MEK Thinner is mixed with 2 kg of brand name ESTANS Tan 5702 urethane resin, and the mixture is placed in a stainless container. Meanwhile, water was placed in another stainless steel container, and a stainless steel container containing the mixture was placed in the water of the stainless steel container, and the water in the other container was heated to 100 ° C. or more and held for about 2 hours and 10 minutes. After this time, after confirming that the mixture in the stainless was completely dissolved, the tire protective film composition of the present invention was obtained by cooling, neutralizing the smell of the thinner, and blending 6 kg of Arnone for polishing.

The tire protective film composition of the present invention as described above can be applied to the side surface of the tire as it is to protect the original color of the gloss of the tire while preventing damage caused by foreign matter.

In addition, since the raw material itself is a rubber component such as a tire, it is possible to prevent cracks on the side of the tire even in cold weather.

When the composition for a tire protective film of the present invention is intended to be used in color, the composition of the present invention may be used because it is transparent. In this case, use a mixture of pigments in the solvent.

The present invention as described above may be used to protect the outside of the tire as well as leather or another rubber product.

According to the present invention as described above, since the resin is used as a rubber component such as the tire component as a raw material can be beautifully protected not only the side of the tire but also the outer surface of other rubber or leather products, especially in the case of tires By painting on the side, it prevents the side from being worn under cold or bad conditions and maintains its gloss, which not only keeps tires durable, but also mixes pigments of various colors to meet consumer expectations. It becomes possible.
