s2: grinding the mixture obtained in the step S1 to the fineness of 15 mu m by adopting a horizontal sand mill, and then adding talcum powder;
s3: dispersing the mixture obtained in the step S2 to the fineness of 24 mu m by adopting a coating high-speed dispersion machine, adding ammonia water, and uniformly dispersing;
s4: sequentially adding deionized water, ethanol and isopropanol into the mixture obtained in the step S3, and uniformly dispersing;
s5: adding aqueous liquid polyamide and polyether polyol into the mixture obtained in the step S4, uniformly dispersing, filtering by adopting a 100-mesh filter screen, and filtering to obtain a coating material liquid;
s6: filling the coating material liquid obtained in the step S5 into an aerosol can, and mixing the coating material liquid and dimethyl ether according to the mass ratio of 2.4: 1 propellant is filled into the aerosol can.
The aqueous scribing self-spray paint obtained in example 5 was subjected to a performance test, the results of which are given in the following table:

Claims (10)

1. An aqueous scribing self-spray paint, characterized in that:
the coating comprises a coating material liquid and a propellant, wherein the mass ratio of the coating material liquid to the propellant is as follows: 2-2.5: 1;
the coating material liquid comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
25-30% of water-soluble resin;
0.5-1% of water-based acrylic block polymer type dispersing agent;
3.5-4% of pigment;
15-18% of talcum powder;
3.0-3.5% ammonia water;
40-50% of organic alcohol, wherein the organic alcohol is a mixture of monohydric alcohol and polyhydric alcohol;
2-2.4% of a rheological additive;
the balance of deionized water.
2. The aqueous scribing self-painting according to claim 1, wherein: the water-soluble resin is water-soluble acrylic resin.
3. The aqueous scribing self-painting according to claim 1, wherein: the pigment is Y-55 organic yellow pigment.
4. The aqueous scribing self-painting according to claim 1, wherein: the organic alcohol is a mixture of ethanol and isopropanol.
5. The aqueous scribing self-painting according to claim 4, wherein: the coating material liquid comprises 20-25 wt% of ethanol and 20-25 wt% of isopropanol.
6. The aqueous scribing self-painting according to claim 1, wherein: the rheological additive is a mixture of aqueous liquid polyamide and polyether polyol.
7. The aqueous scribing self-painting according to claim 6, wherein: the coating material liquid comprises 1-1.2 wt% of water-based liquid polyamide and 1-1.2 wt% of polyether polyol.
8. The aqueous scribing self-painting according to claim 1, wherein: the propellant is any one or a mixture of more of liquefied petroleum gas, dimethyl ether, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide or inert gas.
9. The aqueous scribing self-painting according to claim 7, wherein: the propellant is dimethyl ether.
10. A method of preparing an aqueous scribing self-lacquer according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
s1: mixing and dispersing water-soluble resin and a water-based acrylic block polymer type dispersing agent uniformly, and adding a pigment while dispersing;
s2: grinding the mixture obtained in the step S1 to the fineness of less than or equal to 15 mu m, and then adding talcum powder;
s3: dispersing the mixture obtained in the step S2 to the fineness of less than or equal to 30 mu m, adding ammonia water, and uniformly dispersing;
s4: sequentially adding deionized water and organic alcohol into the mixture obtained in the step S3, and uniformly dispersing;
s5: adding a rheological aid into the mixture obtained in the step S4, uniformly dispersing, and filtering to obtain the coating material liquid;
s6: and (4) filling the coating material liquid obtained in the step (S5) into an aerosol can, and then filling a propellant into the aerosol can.
