Claims (10)
- 데이터 패턴을 형성하는 마스크층(ML)과,상기 마스크층(ML) 위에 적층되고, 전극들 사이에 삽입된 유기 감광 재료로 제조된 적어도 1개의 세그먼트를 포함하며, 상기 데이터 패턴을 검출하는 검출층(DL)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 정보매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 데이터 패턴이 투명한 기본 영역들과 불투명한 기본 영역들로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 정보매체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,적어도 1개의 세그먼트는 복수의 상기 기본 영역들과 대향하도록 하는 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보매체.
- 적어도 1개의 세그먼트를 포함하는 층(L1)을 구비한 정보매체로서, 상기 적어도 1개의 세그먼트는 데이터 패턴을 형성하기 위한 활성 및 비활성 기본 영역들을 포함 하며, 상기 적어도 1개의 세그먼트는 상기 데이터 패턴을 검출하기 위해 전극들 사이에 삽입된 유기 감광 재료로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 정보매체.
- 서로의 위에 적층된 복수의 층(L1, L2)을 포함하는 정보매체로서, 각각의 층은 적어도 1개의 세그먼트를 포함하고, 상기 적어도 1개의 세그먼트는 데이터 패턴을 형성하기 위한 활성 및 비활성 기본 영역들을 포함하며, 상기 적어도 1개의 세그먼트는 상기 데이터 패턴을 검출하기 위해 전극들 사이에 삽입된 유기 감광 재료로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 정보매체.
- 제 4항 또는 제 5항에 있어서,상기 활성 기본 영역들은, 유기 감광 재료로 이루어진 화학적으로 변형된 영역들, 또는 단지 1개의 전극을 갖는 영역들에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보매체.
- 제 1항, 제 4항 또는 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,전극들 사이에 삽입된 상기 유기 감광 재료는 OLED들, smOLED들, PolyLED, LEEC들, 유기 광기전 셀들, 또는 혼성 유기/무기 그랫젤 태양전지로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 정보매체.
- 검출층을 포함하는 정보매체에 데이터 패턴을 형성하는 방법으로서, 상기 데이터 패턴은 상기 검출층 상에 어두운 기본 영역들을 인쇄하는 단계에서 발생된 것을 특징으로 하는 데이터 패턴 형성방법.
- 유기 감광 재료로 제조된 층을 포함하는 정보매체에 데이터 패턴을 형성하는 방법으로서, 상기 데이터 패턴은 상기 재료의 특성을 변형하여 비활성 기본 영역들을 생성하는 단계에서 발생된 것을 특징으로 하는 데이터 패턴 형성방법.
- 전극들 사이에 삽입된 유기 감광 재료로 제조된 층을 포함하는 정보매체에 데이터 패턴을 형성하는 방법으로서, 상기 데이터 패턴은 상기 전극들 중에서 한 개를 제거하여 비활성 기본 영역들을 생성하는 단계에서 발생된 것을 특징으로 하는 데이터 패턴 형성방법.
