Description

고광택 원사 제조용 폴리에스테르 조성물 및 그로부터 제조되는 고광택 원사{Polyester composition for preparing yarn having a high gloss and yarn having a high gloss thereby }Polyester composition for preparing yarn having a high gloss and yarn having a high gloss thereby}

본 발명은 고광택 원사 제조용 폴리에스테르 조성물 및 이로부터 제조된 고광택 원사에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a polyester composition for producing a high gloss yarn and a high gloss yarn prepared therefrom.

통상적으로 고광택 원사용 폴리에스테르 조성물은 고광택성을 부여하기 위해서 통상 어떠한 입자라도 첨가하지 않거나 극미량의 입자가 포함된 상태로 제조된다. Typically, a high gloss yarn-use polyester composition is usually prepared without adding any particles or containing a very small amount of particles to impart high gloss.

그러나, 이렇게 제조된 폴리에스테르 조성물을 방사할 경우, 원사 표면의 돌기 형성이 제대로 되지 않아 방사 공정 내에서 고속으로 회전하는 롤과의 주행성이 부족하고 마찰력이 증대되어 연신이 불균일하게 되거나, 원사를 권취한 드럼상에 루-프가 발생되는 등의 문제가 있었다. However, when spinning the polyester composition prepared in this way, projections on the surface of the yarn are not formed properly, the running performance with the roll rotating at high speed in the spinning process is insufficient, frictional force is increased, uneven stretching or winding the yarn There was a problem such as the occurrence of loops on one drum.

이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 고광택성을 저해하지 않는 범위 내에서 입자를 소량 포함하는 폴리에스테르 조성물을 용융 방사하여 고광택 원사를 제조하고 있으나, 상기 문제의 근본적 해결책으로서는 한계가 있어 왔다. In order to solve this problem, a high gloss yarn is manufactured by melt spinning a polyester composition containing a small amount of particles within a range that does not impair high glossiness, but there has been a limit as a fundamental solution to the problem.

상기 연신 불균일 및 드럼상의 루-프 발생 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 원사 표면에 일정량의 돌기를 형성해야 하는 바, 어느 정도의 입자 첨가는 피할 수 없다. 그러나, 입자의 첨가량이 많아지면 원사의 고광택성이 저하되는 문제가 발생된다.In order to solve the draw nonuniformity and the problem of the occurrence of loops on the drum, it is necessary to form a certain amount of protrusions on the surface of the yarn. However, when the addition amount of particle | grains increases, the problem that the high glossiness of a yarn falls will arise.

이에 본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제를 해결하는 동시에 고광택성을 가지는 원사 제조에 적합한 폴리에스테르 조성물 및 이로부터 제조된 고광택 원사를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a polyester composition suitable for yarn production having high glossiness and a high gloss yarn prepared therefrom while solving the above problems.

상기와 같은 과제를 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은 평균입경이 0.01~3㎛인 황산바륨 입자를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고광택 원사 제조용 폴리에스테르 조성물을 제공한다. In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a polyester composition for producing a high gloss yarn, characterized in that it contains barium sulfate particles having an average particle diameter of 0.01 ~ 3㎛.

또한 상기 폴리에스테르 조성물로 제조된 고광택 원사를 제공한다.It also provides a high gloss yarn made of the polyester composition.

구체적으로 본 발명은 평균입경이 0.01~3㎛인 황산바륨 입자를 디카르복실산 또는 그의 유도체인 산성분 100 중량부에 대하여 0.05~1.0 중량부 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고광택 원사 제조용 폴리에스테르 조성물 및 상기 폴리에스테르 조성물로 제조된 고광택 원사를 제공한다.Specifically, the present invention is a polyester composition for producing a high gloss yarn, characterized in that the barium sulfate particles having an average particle diameter of 0.01 ~ 3㎛ containing 0.05 to 1.0 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the acid component of the dicarboxylic acid or derivatives thereof. It provides a high gloss yarn made of the polyester composition.

이하 본 발명에 대해서 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.

본 발명에 사용되는 황산바륨 입자의 평균입경은 0.01~3㎛인 것이 바람직하며, 더욱 바람직하게는 0.05~1.0㎛이다. It is preferable that the average particle diameter of the barium sulfate particle used for this invention is 0.01-3 micrometers, More preferably, it is 0.05-1.0 micrometer.

상기 황산바륨 입자의 평균입경이 3㎛를 초과하면 원사 표면의 거대 돌기 발생으로 빛의 난반사로 인한 광택 저하 문제가 발생할 수 있으며, 한편 0.01㎛ 미만이면 원사 표면의 돌기가 제대로 형성되지 못하여 방사시의 연신 불균일 및 루-프 발생 문제가 생길 수 있다. If the average particle diameter of the barium sulfate particles exceeds 3㎛ may cause a problem of gloss degradation due to diffused reflection of light due to the generation of large projections on the surface of the yarn, while less than 0.01㎛ the projections on the surface of the yarn is not formed properly when Stretch non-uniformity and loop-prone problems can occur.

The refractive index of the barium sulfate particles used in the present invention may be somewhat changed by the properties of the particles, the crystal structure and the addition of other components, for example, coating of the surface of the particles with alumina or silica, but similar to polyester 1.50. It is in the range of 1.65. Such barium sulfate particles can maintain transparency even if a relatively large amount is added because their refractive index is similar to that of polyester.

또한 입자 투입에 의한 원사 표면 돌기수 증대 결과로 상기에서 제기한 방사 시 연신 불균일 및 루-프 발생 등의 문제점을 해결할 수 있다.In addition, as a result of the increase in the number of yarn surface protrusions due to particle injection, problems such as the stretching nonuniformity and the occurrence of loops may be solved.

It is preferable that the polyester composition of this invention contains 0.05-1.0 weight part of barium sulfate particle with respect to 100 weight part of acid components which are dicarboxylic acid or its derivative (s). When the content of the barium sulfate particles exceeds 1.0 parts by weight, it is difficult to impart high gloss to the yarns, and when the particle content is less than 0.05 parts by weight, the number of fine protrusions on the surface of the yarns is reduced to solve the problem of elongation irregularities and loops. This is difficult.

상기 황산바륨과 같은 무기 입자를 포함하는 폴리에스테르 조성물을 얻기 위 해서는 중합법 또는 혼련법 등의 방법을 사용할 수 있으나, 중합법으로 제조하는 것이 본 발명의 목적을 달성하는 데 있어서 바람직하다. In order to obtain a polyester composition containing inorganic particles such as barium sulfate, a method such as a polymerization method or a kneading method may be used, but it is preferable to prepare by the polymerization method in order to achieve the object of the present invention.

그리고, 상기 입자의 투입 방법이나 순서에는 제한이 없으나, 글리콜 성분에 분산시켜 투입하는 것이 바람직하다. 입자의 투입 시기는 반응 초중말에 제한이 없으나, 에스테르 교환반응 또는 에스테르화 반응이 끝난 시점에 투입하는 것이 바람직하다.In addition, there is no restriction in the method and order of adding the particles, but it is preferable that the particles are dispersed and added to the glycol component. The timing of adding the particles is not limited at the end of the reaction, but is preferably added at the end of the transesterification or esterification reaction.

본 발명에 사용되는 황산바륨 입자는 본 발명의 목적에 침해되지 않는 범위 내에서 폴리에스테르와의 친화력 부족에 의한 보이드 발생을 작게 하기 위해서 입자의 개질, 예를 들어 알루미나와 실리카를 입자 표면에 무기 코팅 처리 등을 진행시킨 후 사용하여도 무방하다.Barium sulfate particles used in the present invention are inorganic coatings on the surface of the particles, such as alumina and silica in order to reduce the generation of voids due to lack of affinity with the polyester within the range that does not interfere with the object of the present invention You may use it after advancing a process.
